Cold Stone Creamery offers a mix of experiences. While some customers enjoy the ice cream and service, others have faced long wait times and cleanliness issues. Many reviews highlight the great variety of ice cream flavors, with the Chocolate Devotion receiving special praise for being delicious. One customer mentioned that the ice cream is possibly the best around, but noted that the prices can be on the expensive side. They appreciated the deals offered through the app, like buy one get one free promotions and free ice cream for children during Halloween. Another customer praised the Cold Stone location as one of the best they have visited, emphasizing the many options and good customer service. Gabby, an employee at this location, is frequently mentioned for her excellent assistance, helping customers with flavor choices and topping recommendations. Reviews emphasize the fresh ice cream, kind and efficient employees, and clean environment. Some customers feel that negative reviews about wait times are unfair, especially if people visit close to closing time. Overall, Cold Stone Creamery is recognized for its tasty ice cream and hardworking employees, making it a popular choice for special occasions like birthdays.
