“I'm confused by the negative reviews this year. Whenever I go here, there are two young boys and a young girl (all in college or high school) who could not be sweeter. They are all very kind and patient and deliver excellent customer service.

On one of the heat wave days this year, the line was so long. They all kept the store open well after closing to ensure everyone got their ice cream.

Over the years, other employees at this Coldstone location have definitely been rude, and I have avoided this location in the past, but this summer, I have had a great experience thanks to the new hires.

You never thought about cheap v. quality chocolate sprinkles before, have you? And right now, I bet you're greatly underestimating how much of an impact can good sprinkles really make to a cone? All the difference, my friend. Like comparing a lightening bug to a lightening bolt.
We are creatures of habit, and haven't ventured beyond the vanilla, or my favorite, the vanilla-chocolate swirl, soft serve with sprinkles, but man oh man, when it's this good, you don't need to reinvent the wheel. That said, after reading these reviews, I am very eager to expand my horizons! The chocolate is superb, you can taste it is distinct from the vanilla, unlike many other soft serve cones, let's be honest.
All this would not be as sweet, however, if the woman who works there wasn't the a lovely, down to earth person, but she truly is.
And clean! This place is immaculate! Peek inside, you'll see what I mean. Just top notch all around. I'm such an Olivia's fan!“

“We can’t say enough great things about Yogurtland at Hamilton Marketplace! We have been regular customers for quite a while, and every single visit has been a great experience.

The staff is always so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The store is consistently spotless, the atmosphere is inviting, and everything always looks fresh and well-stocked. The frozen yogurt is always delicious, the toppings are fresh, and everything tastes exactly the way it should.

Recently, we decided to try a different frozen yogurt shop while we were in another area (Menchie’s in Cherry Hill), and it was such a disappointing experience that it made us appreciate Yogurtland even more. The difference in quality, freshness, cleanliness, and overall experience was night and day.

Needless to say, we’ll be sticking with Yogurtland at Hamilton Marketplace from now on. Thank you for consistently providing amazing customer service, fresh products, and a place our family loves to visit. We will ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS choose Yogurtland over anywhere else! “What a truly wonderful experience it was coming here. This nice young lady that works there was very polite. There was a bit of traffic building up in there behind me, but she was very patient with me as I surely took quite a while to order a few things for my family members. Everything was clean, and freshly organized. She even made sure to reassure me that the utensils were all cleaned properly because I tend to get a bit skeptical due to the possibility of cross contamination. The ice cream quality was great! Much better than most other places in this area. I never asked for that young lady’s name but she wore a lot of bracelets, and had black nails just like my daughter, which I complemented! I will be back in here for sure!

“LOVE THIS PLACE!! The owner is so so kind. Two friends and I were running late one night, and we called to see if they could stay open for an extra few minutes. The owner responded with great kindness and kept the store open. Fruity Yogurt is also one of the only places open late in Princeton. The owner even offered us free frozen yogurt. She said to pour as much as we wanted after we had paid. So kind!! Also very funny and personable. She also told us that all of their flavors are natural, and you can tell from the color and taste! I highly recommend!“
