I'm confused by the negative reviews this year. Whenever I go here, there are two young boys and a young girl (all in college or high school) who could not be sweeter. They are all very kind and patient and deliver excellent customer service.
On one of the heat wave days this year, the line was so long. They all kept the store open well after closing to ensure everyone got their ice cream.

If you pay cash, and you're due a few cents in change, this place will short you and keep it. Last time I was charged $9.99. Paid with a twenty, only received a $10 bill as change. And it wasn't the first time. That extra penny isn't much, but you know they're doing it to everyone else as well. Hey Cold Stone, it's your responsibility to make correct change. Stop stealing from the customers. From now on, I'm going to a different location.
Ordered three large ice cream cups and simply asked for an extra spoon, but the lady staff seemed bothered by the request, which was disappointing. The ice cream was good, so 3 stars. Customer service could be better.
