I had pistachio ice cream in this place . It has so much artificial flavor to it , I was able to feel it in every spoon I took it . I made a complain in the store and they said they never tasted it and said as if it was my mistake to order it without taking a sampleI had to throw the ice cream in the bin and they did not offer me any replacement or any discounts in the next one (different flavor) I bought. They does not seem to care about the complaint .

Ordered from their website. Drove there to pick it up and the lady was very rude and barked at me that she needed to see my name in the order as she walked away completely dismissing me. I looked up the receipt on my phone and it only had an order number. I called and let her know I had the order number and she just started to walk away saying very dismissively she needed to see a name. I got annoyed and told her she could give the ice cream or my money, her choice and she finally looked at my phone and matched the number to the order. She said doordash always gives a name… and I let her know I wasn’t a doordash driver and that was the receipt their own website sent me. I will not spend another dime here.

The person working on December 28th at 8:30PM was very bad. We arrived at 8:30 with 15 minutes to shut, and she had already closed. She is incredibly rude and nearly sent away ten customers.People like her would have a negative impact on the store's reputation. If Google lets me, this does not deserve a single star.This is an extremely unsanitary environment. The folks who make the ice cream do not use gloves and maintain good cleanliness.

Worse store ever. We placed an order for pick up. Get home husband opens his ice cream and there were two cups inside with his ice cream.... well that's because they made a smaller size than what he ordered. Instead of fixing the issue they were being sneaky and just place the wrong size in a bigger cup. This has happened two other times before. I called shortly after we picked up the order and the individual on the phone told me he was aware of the situation and chuckled.... he stated they were busy and didn't have time to fix. Totally unacceptable. I talked him I wanted a call from the owner or manager. No call. I called back a few days later a young girl answered. I asked for manager and she tells me he is never there. So I asked his name ... was told she couldn't give it to me. So once again left another message for him to call. No call. This place is terribly overpriced, poorly maintained and horrible customer service.

Great ice cream. HORRIBLE service. Messed up my wife's birthday cake, blamed me somehow even though it had specifically spoken to an employee about it when placing the order. This happens every single year. (I keep coming back because it's what my wife likes but it's just infuriating). And the "manager" can't help, needs to talk to the owner. So I'm cakeless. I come to this place very often but today's experience wasn't good. I order french vanilla mixed with oreo creme with reese's cup as topping, everything was fine until i opened that ice cream and saw almost no reese's cup like usual. I was looking with my spoon for any piece and there was just a very very little chunk of it. I hope this kind of experience won't happen again any time soon.

Absolutely love love loveee the service and their oreo shakes. On the day i came i ordered my shake and then after drinking it i came back and got ice cream for the kids. First recipt says “Bibi R” second says “Elin H” and may i say damn do these ladies deserve a raise. i see at least one of them working everytime i come they overworked! I totally recommend!
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS STORE EVEN IF IT WAS THE ONLY COLD STONE STORE OPEN IN THE WORLD!! I asked 2 ice cream flavors in a waffle cup and asked for cake to be mix into it, the aged Indian lady did not even mix the 2 ice cream flavors I asked for, and she placed the cake on top so I nicely asked her to mix the cake with the ice cream, she told me that only when you buy ice cream in a cone it gets mix. I knew she was lying so I didn’t even bothered, I brought ice cream from cold stone plenty of times before and they always mix it for you and ask what toppings you would like. Than she added very small portions of ice cream to the other 2 waffle cups I ordered than when I go to pay because I had no intentions of tipping her, she tells me with an attitude what to do in the card machine if I don’t want to add a tip and she didn’t even bother to give me my receipt. How do you expect me to tip you when I had to mix my own ice cream, received the smallest portion of ice cream and had to grab my receipt from the machine. I pray that she learns how to love herself so that she can love others.

Many flavor options of delicious ice cream, plus the mix-ins make for endless combinations! I would definitely recommend the Banana ice cream. It isn’t too crowded and the service is satisfactory. However, it is a bit expensive, considering that it’s ice cream.

Amazing ice cream!! Service was great!! There were only two workers, very friendly, and funny ladies.Thank you Bibi, and Quin our ice cream mixes are so delicious. So sorry that there’s only two of you working on such a busy day.Even though it was busy they both did an amazing job. They worked together and fast to get everyone their orders in a great mood.I would like to point out that after our ice cream was mixed we went to the register to pay, there was an older man in front of us. He ordered two ice creams and wanted one for free. After he put his phone number in their system there was no reward offers available, but he kept yelling and insisting Cold Stone sent him an email for a free ice cream. It’s so sad to see how some people treat others. This man was nasty and rude, and walked out because the cashier didn’t give him ice cream for free. He tried showing my boyfriend his email telling the cashier it’s not his problem his phone number didn’t bring up any points it’s HER problem. ??♀️ I don’t understand why he couldn’t retrieve the correct phone number his account is set up with. He had us standing there while he continued to be nasty. Some people should just stay home if they don’t know how to treat others when they are out and about. A grown man acting like that in public over ice cream is so ridiculous.

My husband and I ordered from there just this evening from their site in the hopes of avoiding door dash issues. We never got the order. The photo of the delivery is from a house nowhere in the vicinity of our neighborhood. We called the number provided for customer service. The people who spoke started off without accents or issues with English and as my husband explained they developed accents. As a foreigner I do that too when I play d**** They hung up on us after repeatedly refusing to put the manager on. Pathetic. I hope this location goes bankrupt. Certainly never patronizing this chain again because of them.
