I'm confused by the negative reviews this year. Whenever I go here, there are two young boys and a young girl (all in college or high school) who could not be sweeter. They are all very kind and patient and deliver excellent customer service.

On one of the heat wave days this year, the line was so long. They all kept the store open well after closing to ensure everyone got their ice cream.

Ordered three large ice cream cups and simply asked for an extra spoon, but the lady staff seemed bothered by the request, which was disappointing. The ice cream was good, so 3 stars. Customer service could be better.

Brought my son in the other day and really enjoyed my experience. Cashier Bibi helped pick and mix his favorite ice cream and toppings for us and we were so happy with the results. She engaged with my son and let him choose everything, she was so patient with him. Looking forward to going back!
