About Crumbl Cookies

Crumbl is a popular cookie shop known for its wide variety of delicious cookies and friendly staff. Customers often praise the staff for being courteous, kind, and helpful, with some highlighting employees who remember their preferences and make great cookie recommendations. The shop offers a range of cookie options, including the cinnamon roll cookie, Dubai chocolate brownie, and the new mini cookies, which are especially liked for their perfect size and variety. Many enjoy trying different flavors weekly, as the menu changes regularly. The mini cookies are also appreciated for being kid-friendly, providing a good amount for children to try multiple flavors.

While the cookies are highly enjoyed, some customers have experienced minor issues with the ordering process. Some mention that the on-site ordering screens could be improved to make the process smoother and reduce the need for staff to assist with orders. Others faced delays or confusion when picking up online orders, with a few noting that service could be faster and more attentive. Despite these issues, most agree that the cookies are worth it, with favorites including the butter cake. Overall, Crumbl is seen as a fun, kid-friendly place with excellent cookies and friendly service, though improvements in the ordering experience could enhance customer satisfaction.
