Had the mini pretzel dogs downstairs at the mall. Burnt at the bottom raw on the inside. How do you make that happen is beyond me but they were terrible. Don’t order that here. Other pretzels were ok.
I've been to a lot of Auntie Anne's in my life but today was by far the best experience I've ever had. Chris is a great employee, she is sweet and helpful and the nicest employee I've ever encountered. Everyone is stressed during the holidays but she kept her spirits up!

Quality is inconsistent one time I went and got jalapeno pretzel with tons of jalapenos in it like a barely eat it and the next time I got like 2 little pieces of jalapeno. Also there's always a wait even if there's not that many people in line and the service is not that friendly
