Quality is inconsistent one time I went and got jalapeno pretzel with tons of jalapenos in it like a barely eat it and the next time I got like 2 little pieces of jalapeno. Also there's always a wait even if there's not that many people in line and the service is not that friendly

Had the mini pretzel dogs downstairs at the mall. Burnt at the bottom raw on the inside. How do you make that happen is beyond me but they were terrible. Don’t order that here. Other pretzels were ok.
Rude staff. We asked for water they said they don't give water. The servings now are small size only with the same price for a large one. I felt robbed.I would not recommend to buy there.

There are two Auntie Anne's pretzels at Quakerbridge Mall This is the review of the first floor one not the second floor... Don't know if the guy on the first floor was the owner, manager, worker but he was the most unfriendly, unhelpful, j*** person I've met in a long time... He was absolutely rude and I just walked away after dealing with him, I had a couple of questions and then he just walked away from me... He was an Indian not saying all Indians are like him just so people know who he is... If you are reading this as the manager fire this guy, if you were the owner or manager you should not be operating a store... I didn't even go to the second floor I was so mad I just left
