Drivers- you are supposed to park on the street and then check in. I pulled into the lot and was informed of this. Just another place that thinks drivers magically know little rules and procedures of places they've never delivered to before. And don't put signs up to inform drivers of said rules and procedures.
I've never had a problem going in there. It's pretty simple. There is a doorbell so you would have the rain 1st to be let in the building. The women are very nice and helpful and will give you a booklet to see the flavors and this applies and their numbers so you can properly order. Then they will tell you what which toward to go to to go pick it up. As previously mentioned. Parking on the street just outside of the entrance before checking in. It’s best to show up just before your appointment. There is no parking on site or anywhere near. The employees were great to deal with and they unloaded me within 45 minutes.
