Customer service is lacking. Asked for a to go cup/cap and handed me the exact same small cup. Asked for something larger to carry ice team home in and Gentleman went to get me a larger cup and lady said no he can't have that.
$8.50 plus of you want the "crispy cone"
$4.50 plus for cruise ship ice cream in a "kids" cup.
One server to 20+ people waiting on a Saturday Night. Haines City, FL. Not what I expected, too much Hype. Had Family from out of town that wanted to try it. Even they were disappointed in the lack of service and bad thought out customer ordering the shop has.
I’ll stick to our long time homemade Ice Cream Shop in town.
100/10 it was delicious and the staff was extremely friendly… they kindly brought us our ice cream to our table. Definitely will be returning!
