Went to get a midnight snacky and a sweet boy named Antonio was there working. He was so friendly and knowledgeable about each flavor. He was patient with my questions and served me the most beautiful cup of ice cream I have ever seen. He even put 43 sprinkles on it because it was my 43rd birthday
This store has really gone down hill. The folks working there dont seem to know what is going on. I wanted to order a cone dipped in chocolate. They usually have them premade in the freezer, but no more. So, I asked if they could make me one but instead of dippping the chocolate they tried to ladle it on top of the cone. It was a really mess and dripping all over the place. They really didnt seem to care at all. sorry. Will look for another Carvel location.

OMG! For me and my spouse birthday today(1/4), we got the extra royal treatment from the amazing Rachel!! She was such a delight, just like the tasty flying sauces she recommended (Chocolate with coco sprinkles and the vanilla with rainbow sprinkles). She was nice, bubbly, and patient. So glad Julia ( awesome owner) has Rachel as an employee!!! Great location, great hours, great customer service, clean, and variety of choices!!
