“My wife loves this place so I gave it a shot. Ran into a classic customer service flaw at the get go and from there my experience was tainted. I ask for a large Americana which apparently is only small. I didn’t know that because my standard place gives me my Americano however I like and I usually get large 2 shots, they even let me modify the shots of espresso at my normal place. I asked for large and the staff had a very minor back and forth as to can it be done. One said sure why not and the other then said from the other side of the room NO, we don’t do that, one said why not, the other said “because we don’t do it that way”. That could have been handled better with the staffer saying “ sorry but here is the reason we can’t make a large in the Americano, may I offer you a similar which does come in large” instead of NO. I had the very small and dissatisfying Americano with a very good bacon egg and cheese sandwich. I kept it at 4 stars because my wife loves the place but for me, I will be going back to my go to.“

So much better now!
I recently gave this Carvel another shot from a year ago and found out that it is under new ownership. They have made major improvements by investing into new equipment and machinery. Racel is a wonderful young woman who handmakes the cakes and ice cream, and she is just amazing. She always greets people with a smile. The ice creams, ice cream cakes, and flying saucers are rich and creamy, smooth and soft, and they melt in your mouth. They have a variety of ice cream flavors and toppings to indulge the whole family.
These ice cream cakes are superior to the ones bought in supermarkets. These are made fresh every 10 to 14 days, as opposed the ones sitting in a freezer for months. The quality of ice cream is even better. You can really taste the different flavors and the crunches are fresher too! You can even purchase additional crunches to take home! I bought a big cup for my family and they didn't last the night! They were delicious.
Whether you need a quick cake for a special occasion, a custom cake for an event, or just want some great ice cream, you should definitely come here.“

“On the upside, the bacon double cheeseburger was one of the best I’ve ever had at a sonic. The limited time pink flamingo drink was tasty and I was glad it was available in a small size.
On the downside, I always forget how sweet their onion rings taste (but they tasted very fresh! It’s clear they keep up with changing out their fryer oil)
And they forgot the cheese I requested added to my chicken sandwich.
All in all, great location. I hope they keep up the good work. They helped create a simple happy memory for me and a friend.“

““A Must-Visit Classic Creamery!”
We absolutely adore this classic creamery! From the moment we first passed by, we knew it was a spot we had to try, and when we finally did, it completely lived up to the hype. Every bite was pure joy, and we left wishing we had discovered it sooner!
The Rum Raisin, Black Forest Cake, Brownie Butter, and graham central station flavors are highly recommended—each one is rich, creamy, and bursting with flavor. And don’t forget to add hot fudge and wet walnuts on top for that extra indulgence 🔥.
I only wish I lived closer so I could bring home quarts of this incredible ice cream. If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by—you won’t regret it!

“The young ladies operating this DQ today were wonderful. This has always been a nicely run establishment- even when the line of cars stretches around the store and into the road. “This is the best food in Vernon served by the friendliest stuff at the best prices , t The Place is Amazing ,if you are new in the area or just visiting Vernon just stop by because there is no better place for breakfast lunch and dinner at the writing of this post. You don't have to trust me ( I traveled all in jersey and upstate NY for the last 6 years In a way I know as traveler and restaurant visitor) but don't take my word . “Here I am 8 almost 9 years after the YouTuber McJuggerNuggets’ YouTube video titled “THE ICE CREAM MAN” that Jesse took down but found it reuploaded. I’m one of Jesse’s subscribers for over 10 years after seeing his video of his dad mowing over his games with a lawn mower. In 2017 Jesse posted a behind the scenes video where he explained his side and the events after Jesse uploaded “THE ICE CREAM MAN” video where the owner of Toni’s Treats was upset for what Jesse did and documented. Jesse stated that him and the owner are on good terms a year after the fiasco. Rewatching the video that was reuploaded, Jesse actually did a good job working at Toni’s Treats except for him placing his mouth under the ice cream dispenser which I would not recommend anybody doing. But to the restaurant side of the review. I’ve never been to Toni’s Treats since I live halfway across the country. From what I saw in the YouTube video that Jesse filmed but was reuploaded, the place looked clean, the employees were working hard and offering great service. If I lived in New Jersey and not Missouri, I would be delighted to work at Toni’s Treat’s and delighted to dine there too. The downside is kids who destroyed hurt the business and also said inappropriate things to the ladies that worked there back in 2016. Chances are the employees especially the girls are not working there anymore, maybe some are. But from the bottom of my heart I do apologize for what they had to go through and what some of these people said that were inappropriate towards them.“
