This place is a joke - no Rye bagels ever. Go in early in the morning and only a couple of choices. Just went in at the height of lunch hour, 12:15, and they had a 10 scrawny bagels left of types no one wanted. I left to get a sandwich elsewhere.
I would come here over the years even up until now with the new owners. I like their food and accommodations that they can give but I am rating a 1 star simply because of the customer service issues I've had over the past few months with their newer employees.
Terrible staffing of their newer employees. They lack the the fundementals of customer service and knowledge of their products while incorporating both together. These kids they hire are disrespectful and rude - really...read full review
New owners seemed to have gotten rid of a lot of the staff. He was manning the grill this morning and he probably shouldn't be. I used to like stopping here on my drive to work.
