“I went to Dave's for the first time yesterday 7/5. We ordered through the kiosk.The service was fast, friendly and efficient. Even though it was very busy. I got the x men box. The food was good. I got the mild chicken slider. Mild was the right amount of heat for me. Hot but not to hot. One thing I'll note, each meal does not come with a drink. This is very puzzling. Other than that, we will definitely be back.“

“From the moment we arrived, everything about the experience felt thoughtfully curated. The host was warm and welcoming, setting the tone for an evening that felt both relaxed and refined. The service throughout was attentive without being overwhelming, striking that perfect balance that’s hard to find.

One of the standout elements for me was the soft background music—it created such a calm atmosphere where you could actually hold a conversation without raising your voice, which I absolutely loved.

The food was equally impressive. Every dish was fresh, vibrant, and full of flavour. What really stood out was how well-balanced everything was—unlike some Indo-Chinese spots where the salt can be overpowering, here it was perfectly controlled, allowing the true flavours to shine through. The spice levels were also very adaptable, making it suitable for all tastes, whether you prefer something mild or a bit more of a kick.

“I love Chick N Zinger! The food is consistently flavorful with just the right amount of spice. I usually order the Hot Zinger Burger, but the Classic Zinger Burger is just as good. And the fries? Easily some of the best around. Their platters are also a hit and the gyros but ask for the sauce on the side, it gets messy.

The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and provides great service.

A couple of things to know before you go: it’s located just off the highway, so it’s easy to drive past if you’re not paying attention. Parking is limited to about five spaces, and I noticed the menu on the delivery apps doesn’t completely match the options available on the in-store menu board, so it’s worth checking if you’re looking for something specific.

Overall, it’s one of our family’s favorite spots, and we’d definitely recommend it if you’re craving a great spicy chicken sandwich.“

“Stopped by and tried the fish gyro and the chopped cheese. The chopped cheese was okay—I’ve definitely had better elsewhere. The fish gyro was good and fresh, but not quite the best I’ve had either.

The service was fast, friendly, and welcoming, which I really appreciated. The restaurant was also very clean, and everything looked well organized.

“I came in and ordered a Dhoom chicken sandwich and some fried chicken and I noticed they had biryani. In my twenty-two years of living I have never seen biryani on the menu of any halal platter/chicken shack place so I gave it a try expecting it to be mid. They are on par with a few of the restaurants in the area with that biryani and it's actually pretty cheap too at 12 bucks. They put a fair amount of meat in there too, like three pieces with a lot of rice. The Dhoom chicken sandwich was actually fresh and had some good toppings (onions, tomatoes) with tasty sauce. The fried chicken was a little greasy though. Even though Piscataway and NB are full of halal places if you're looking for something unique try these guys.“

“I told the owner if he gave me extra sauce, I would leave a better review. Without the sauces, this is one of the best Arthur Treacher’s Fish and Chip’s I’ve had in many years. Clean, Fresh and cooked to order! I definitely recommend this place and hope the quality and service doesn’t change. The only thing I would ask for is a bigger serving of COLE SLAW!“

“Chicken platter with all of the fixings for a fixed price is great. Halal guys and other places start to nickel and dime you for things other than lettuce, onion and tomato. We were able to get cucumbers, chick peas, hummus, etc which all added to the experience. White sauce had a nice flavor, hot sauce has a decent kick without being overbearing. All in all, I like the platter more than halal guys. What I didn't really care for was the cleanliness of the seating area. All of the tables look like they are spray painted, secondhand pieces and none of them were clean. Food smears and grime on everything. Would go back, but would probably get it to go next time.“

I wanted my mix platter with broccoli and zucchini which is not in their menu, they were able to provide that for me. My son love their buffalo wings dip in sauce and hot wings. “This place has become my one of the favorite places to eat in NJ. All dishes have some unique taste to remember. My personal favorite is Half chicken- all dark, Peri peri fries, corn on the cob etc. Clean environment and well mannered staffs. I would highly recommend.“

“I came here specifically for the HalwaPuri this morning, and it absolutely did not disappoint! There is nothing like a traditional breakfast to start the day right. The Puri was perfectly fluffy, light, and not too oily—just the way it should be.
The star of the show for me was the balance between the sweet and savory.

The Halwa had the perfect level of sweetness and a great texture, while the ChanaMasala (chickpea curry) and the potato bhaji had that authentic, spicy kick that makes #DesiFood so addictive. Mixing the sweet halwa with the spicy gravy on a piece of hot puri is a total #Foodie dream!“

“We went to River Edge branch on Friday night - the music and atmosphere are great.Restaurant is beautiful. They have very good singer/DJ, people were dancing till very late.
