Had trouble getting an order placed, and the worker helped us along the way. They were very patient and showed no ounce of hostility during the whole process. Made it 5 stars since the food tastes amazing. Got the pretzel nuggets, and they are sick!

I really wish there was a zero because that’s what they deserve. It’s the worst place to work at. They only want mexican employees and must be recommended. The “mg’s” are very rude and disrespectful not only with employees but with customers too. I don’t recommend anyone eating the food there. Someone who worked there told me that when a customer returned something they would resell it and if something fell they just dusted it off and sell it. The do called manager would bully or start cutting hours when she got tired of another employee. The owner just turns a blind eye to everything. I hope they close down this establishment because they are putting everyone who buys food there at risk of getting sick thanks to the bad management and poor hygiene.

Lakshmi has saved the day and the corporate office from a negative call that was coming. She was able to resolve my issue professionally, and it originated at the other stand within the mall. This store charges more than advertised. When asked about the difference in price. The lady working at 7:30p on 1/23/2020 said, the rest is for her. First false advertising. second I'm not paying extra so she can skim from the company... Where are the ethics???

I like their pretzels but their prices just keep getting ridiculous. I stop in here when I’m at the mall. Their mini pretzel bites in a cup are good and the stuffed pretzels with pepperoni are delicious but I feel I’m at the airport when I get the bill.

I have to say I do really enjoy the pretzels here they’re always made very fresh the location seems to be always kept a very clean every time we go there the only thing that I would say about the company that I don’t like is the pricing I really feel the pricing for these pretzels are just way overpriced no matter where you go and what location but other than that would definitely recommend it
