Worst customer service yet!! We come here weekly and sometimes daily. Never had a problem but today they had us wait more than 30 minutes to sell us a tub of ice cream and we still didn’t get to buy it because “the manager didn’t give them a price” how unprofessional is that for such a constant customer.

The QR code for 31% off wouldn't work & a QR for a free scoop wouldn't work. The employee had no suggestions but for me to call corporate. I was on hold for over 25 minutes for someone to clear this issue up. Then I was on hold again for someone to send me an email with a working QR code. I expressed to corporate that the nice ice cream was ruined since I was on the phone trying to fix the problem. She had no way to try to compensate for the ruined experience. It's just disappointing that an updated BR/DD couldn't resolve this any better. They expected me to just pay for everything-whats the point of a deal/ coupon/ special offer if they don't work?

I love Dunkin/Baskinx but one of the girls didn’t give me my $1 donut ? and the ice cream girl didn’t want to give me my birthday scoop based off a technicality. I would’ve just scooped the 3rd scoop onto another cup to make it a “single” scoop to make her feel better. I mean honestly it’s the same thing, if anything I’m being environmental by saving a cup but whatever, so she could’ve rung it up that way and I could’ve used my discount off a double scoop but she wanted to be difficult by saying she couldn’t do that. It’s not that hard honestly. Bad customer service skills , I work in retail and would do the best to my ability to help anybody I could and make customers happy. Now the coupon doesn’t even exist. ?

Their cakes are amazing. everyone enjoys cake with ice cream together I always get my cakes there for special occasions.I had my sons graduation cakes done at this location, my cakes were amazing.I order two cakes one with a picture of my son the other cake with the college logo.I just give them my idea and they did more than I was expecting.Carlos Solano did an amazing job on the decoration of these two cakes , perfection!Thank you

I bought the ice cream double scoop. In single cup . What they gave is too small where I paid for medium double scoop. When I ask the cashier or server . She replied this is what we for the double scoop . Whereas when I visit other stores they give the proper double scoop. Not less when compare to this store . Basically they are robbing customers. I would never go back to this store anymore.

Very bad experience today,I bought three different icecream and all three were so so bad as I just took one bite only and throw away in dust bin. It tasted like it is a year old .Dont go there. if you want a good quality of icecream just freeze milk in home and eat which can taste better than this store.
