This place has went downhill since there have been new managers. The food quality is not even the same. Foods is prepared sloppy, bacon taste like spoiled and they new owners up charge drinks. I will not eat from this place again. Also poor customer service

So disappointed in my recent order. I have come here for years and always enjoyed it but lately the prices are rising and the quality is declining. Spent $40 on cream cheese bagels for my family and there was so little cream cheese on the bagels that I thought the cream cheese was a smear of butter. I don’t think I’ll be coming back. There are better bagel shop options on route 18.

Ordered a simple ham and Swiss sandwich on rye. Lady at the counter was rude. Sandwich had very ham and Swiss. 2 slices of ham 2 slices of Swiss.
Not worth the money. Place looked a little dirty

First time there! I Spent over $50.00 dollars.. Bugs on the plate, under an egg sandwich, on a roll. I didn’t make a scene. I Showed them, and no apology from the manager, and no discount applied. I Will never go to that place again. Too pricy, for less quality type food. Watch out for BUGS. They Seemed that they really didn’t care!!! Below Zero Rating👎🤮🤬🙀!

Great spot for a quick bagel, omelette, or sandwich. No fuss, good food, and fast service.

I come here often because it's local and convenient — but every time I come on the weekend, the quality seriously drops. This morning my hub and got a bacon, egg & cheese and it was flat, barely had any egg, and just felt thrown together.

It’s disappointing to spend money on something that’s clearly not made to satisfy customers. This isn’t the first time, either — weekend sandwiches are always lacking. Please fix this.

We called to place a pick up order and we had two experiences, both very poor. However this one experience, we called three times before they actually picked up. The girl who picked up immediately put us on hold, and had an insane amount of attitude for no reason. I had a question about the menu and she didn’t even know how to answer it properly. Even when she did, it was just a poor experience. At that point, I just hung up because I’ll take my money elsewhere for a better experience.

Ratings are low for a reason , I came in and not a single person greeted me . I didn’t even feel welcomed so I just left . Another gentleman walked out shorty after .

Ordered a toasted poppy lighty buttered bagel $3.85 ???? More exspensive than NYC . I regret evertime I go there, my bagel looked like it was dipped in a bucket of butter.
