I won't be coming back here. Food was not like it used to be. Half of the TV screen menus were off or not working. Entire restaurant had an odd smell. I should have just turned around and left.

The person taking the order will take your code and then say it doesn’t work in the location but guess what now I can’t use it elsewhere. They take forever to give you the food and they aren’t very friendly.

I stopped by for a Whopper Jr. sandwich and some fries. Also added some mozzarella sticks to the order. The sandwich was fine but the fries had an overwhelming smell to them. I couldn't eat them. The mozzarella sticks literally tasted like melted plastic, like some chemical compound was accidentally used instead of mozzarella cheese. Then the fried breading smelled awful like the fries. My guess is that they so not change their fry oil frequently and it has gone rancid. Either that or they're not cleaning their oil traps or something because it was pretty horrendous. The sandwich being okay was not enough to make it ok. My stomach was turning at having eaten any of the fries or the cheese. Never going to this location again.

This location fails to add your Royal Perks code when placing an order. Two of my last orders are not in my app and I definitely gave them that information upon placing the order. They also do not do mobile ordering. It’s not a convenient location.

It's the worst experience I've ever had, the manager didn't turn off the light in the store and didn't say it wasn't because it was already closing time, and it was 9:30pm and the store said it should close at 10:30pm. That was Monday 1/30/23, it's disrespectful.
