I stopped by for a Whopper Jr. sandwich and some fries. Also added some mozzarella sticks to the order. The sandwich was fine but the fries had an overwhelming smell to them. I couldn't eat them. The mozzarella sticks literally tasted like melted plastic, like some chemical compound was accidentally used instead of mozzarella cheese. Then the fried breading smelled awful like the fries. My guess is that they so not change their fry oil frequently and it has gone rancid. Either that or they're not cleaning their oil traps or something because it was pretty horrendous. The sandwich being okay was not enough to make it ok. My stomach was turning at having eaten any of the fries or the cheese. Never going to this location again.

My burger was full of salt. Salt all over the meat, lettuce and cheese. I spoke to the manager and showed him my burger full of salt and he saw it but never accepted that was a mistake or something, never offered to fix the problem, only said that’s the normal salt in a whopper since always. Worst customer service. I didn’t eat it, was so salty and disgusting that I throw it into the garbage. Also the restaurant is very dirty.

This is a dual brand location with Popeyes. The owner will not participate in any BK promotions and charges substantially more than the better BK location which is not even five minutes further south on 18 and still in East Brunswick.For excellent prices and full participation in promotional offers to be honored, go to the Burger King located next to the Ichiban steakhouse across from the Seville diner in East Brunswick. The people and the food are better.

The service here is absolute garbage. Very unprofessional manager, he calls people out on their race. Meanwhile he's very cheap, he wants to charge extra for ingredients that should already be included in the sandwich.
