Don’t wanna leave bad reviews but please Burger King make your employees cover their beards too. I really did not like it seeing one in my burger and no body will like it either, so please take an action. Otherwise you are one of my favourite restaurants.

If I could have I would have given it a negative zero. Got cheesy tots got no cheese in them. I feel like your drive-thru order-taker was rushing us to get us through the drive-thru. Got our order all over the place we had to tell him we didn't want this we didn't want that. And the food was absolutely horrible. Will never go back

I placed an order through the app. I went inside to pick up and let the cashier know I placed an order. I hung back and waited as others who placed their order after me got their order, but they looked busy, and I gave them a chance. After 20 minutes, I got in line and asked about my order, and the cashier found it was pushed to the side, and no one said it was ready. I guess it's better to be up front on the counter, staring at them and breathing down their necks. Otherwise, you'll just be forgotten. The reality I believe is that mobile orders are just not part of their normal workflow. After I finally got my order and was on my way home, the fries were already cold. When I finally got home, the Whopper I got was not the custom one I ordered, which was a little extra. The servers probably just saw Whopper and didn't bother to read anything else. If the food was cheaper and the workers were making $8 an hour, I would expect this level of service, but at $15 an hour plus what the food costs today, I can only give this review. Good luck with your orders everyone.

Went to drive through didn't understand drive thru and as I'm talking to person on speaker they got a little rude and this isn't the first time now I'm having second thoughts about going there train your workers better and to have patience with older customers I'm the consumer I spend money at your business not anymore
