The food was very delicious and the people were very friendly.

They refuse to make the food if the order is at 5:30 even though they close at 6pm. Weird. Continued to argue that they close at 5:30 and even refused to refund to my original payment method. They are rude and terrible business owners, many conflicts with this location in particular. Please do not come this location under any costs. Very rude employees!!!!!!

These cheesesteaks are not worth the EXPENSIVE price! There is no love put into making these! They are bland with no effort! They need to do better!

Food was good, I got the new addition they got which are the boneless wings. It was a bit dry but it’s good. The only problem is the service. The cooks are okay, but they are somewhat in a rush, causing fries to sometimes fall off the trays.

The worst experience here was the cashier. She was really sarcastic and not nice at all. Had no patience. We had nobody waiting in line, and she was just rushing us. And we have people who are hearing impaired so they can’t hear her well. Pauline was the name of the cashier, whenever we ask for a repeat her tone gets meaner and more sarcastic. What’s more is the rewards, we were charged for a different order than the rewards showed. Even asked if we “used it” before, which we have not. We ordered twice for eat in, and take out for family members at home. The rewards was used on our second order. Not the 1st. She was just very rude to us and sounded so sarcastic.

I like the food and all but having a terrible customer service, makes me not want to go back. Been going here for years and this new employee they hired is just not it.
