Let me tell you a story about this Chilis. I met my husband here on a blind date 20 years ago. Sat for 4 hours(much to the dismay of our server). 5 years later we have twin boys, both autistic. 5 years after that, at lunch at this chilis, my one son had his first seizure. The staff could not have been more helpful, guiding a very scared mom thru some chaos. Fast forward 10 years. On my last visit I looked around. We were one of three special needs tables. There was a table with grandparents and their grandchildren. There was a table of women on a first date, you could tell! And a table of a dad and his daughter. Another of a couple of friends meeting up after awhile. I realized that in today’s day and age, this was the place we could all come and sit and just be. Enjoy some good food and a good atmosphere. Today, I sit with my family for yet another chilis meal, chatting with the manager, appreciative of our hard working waitress, and enjoying some of the new things on the menu. For whatever reason, this chilis has become a part of our family and we didn’t even realize it. Keep doing what your doing Chilis! From a thankful special needs mom!

Used to be good, but the last few times I was here I found the staff to be unprofessional. Doesn’t seem like it’s very well managed, and the quality of the food has gotten really bad. I also noticed the last time I picked up an order and looked in the back towards the kitchen. I couldn’t believe how filthy it was.

Our food came out hot, fresh, and exactly how we ordered it. The team was attentive without being overbearing, and the atmosphere was clean and welcoming. It’s clear this location takes a lot of pride in making sure customers leave happy.
Definitely a 5-star visit. Highly recommend this Chili’s if you’re in the East Brunswick area!

Rachel Garcia is basically part of our family! We have been coming to this Chilis for the three years since we’ve moved from Brooklyn. The staff is SO attentive and friendly, most times they know what we want before we even order. They have always been so accommodating with our two small children which keeps us coming back. The service is fast, the food is delicious and the drinks are just what the doctor ordered after a long day. We will continue to come back.

Took 1 hour to seat our table even though we had a reservation and we arrived 15 minutes earlier. Servers ignored us all this time and didn’t offer any solution.They also continued giving tables to groups of pretty much the same amount of people as our party even though they arrived after us. :(
Came in to enjoy the Veteran's Day appreciation. After waiting for 5 minutes to be approached for seating, I figured they were too busy for 1 person. Mind you, 3/4's of the restaurant was empty. Guess im going to 🍎🐝's.

At first arrival and being seated, we waited for almost 10min for anyone to serve us. Guy finally came. We ordered immediately as we are frequent at Chili's for their 3 for me starting at 10.99 where u get salad soup or chips, a drink and main entree Everything tasted great, chips were hot
