Excellent concept and very good products. Wish it was Cones, Cakes & Crepes and they had coffee. But that is my personal choice. Had very good crepes and ice cream though. Good luck to them and we will be there often.

Great customer service ! owner was nice enough to mix my pint of ice cream with 2 different flavors for my parents. all the flavors are house made and are high in quality , definitely coming again worth the buck !

Had the best experience at Cones N’ Crepes! The young lady behind the counter was super-kind and friendly. She served us a deliciously warm Nutella crepe - highly recommend asking for whipped cream. This place is a must do! Enjoy!!

I give two stars for the food which was really good. The customer service is what is poor. The young ladies at the counter where not friendly to all customers. I watched as they were nice to some people and not very nice to others. This is a diverse community and if you don't want to be kind and engaging to everyone that comes to your store than selling ice cream is the wrong business. People come in to have a nice treat and they should all be offered a nice experience. The blank face and and one word answers were such a turn off. I rather spend my money in a place where customer service is a top priority, I won't be coming back.

We just left the store. The establishment is nice and the ice cream was sooo good pleasing to the eye! I ended up getting Strawberry and Nutella crepe which was delicious. I wish I could give the store a higher rating, however the woman behind the counter was unwelcoming. She stared at my sister and I the entire time we ordered and her face was just nasty. She spoke not a word, nor did she offer a smile. We were close enough to hear the man behind the counter also whisper something to her about her face. Trust me when I say that we will not be back. If you’re going to treat be nasty when I’m spending my money, I won’t spend it with you. The man behind the counter was very kind. It’s a shame.
