Stopped by today and had the pumpkin spice latte.
My friends had the hot chocolate and they swore it was the best they ever had.
The owner was really friendly and explained how they make the hot chocolate so good.

I finally went for my first time today. The beverages were top notch, the staff so personable and kind, and the atmosphere was perfect for just wanting to chill and stream stuff. They have an extensive menu that is not only great, but I expect to keep getting better with time given how new this place is. They're very receptive to feedback to get even better.

Cozy Cup is just starting up but is doing so much right. Clean, bright space with polite and patient staff willing to take the time to make things perfect. Fantastic vegan options too, absolute must go! The stamp program is a bonus, you should absolutely make this your local coffee spot. The world could use more people like Pragash and his shop.

I came to this restaurant about a month back and ordered an omelette and a berry smoothie. What I received was horrible. If I could rate negative stars I would. My omelette was burned and when I asked for it to be remade, it was remade and burned again. As for the smoothie, I could clearly taste that it was just a “Naked Double Berry” smoothie blended with ice. Even my Girlfriend could taste it, and her coffee had tasted stale and made her sick the rest of the day.

-100/10 would never come back here again unless they actually get a REAL chef and not the owner grilling an egg on a random George Forman grill with no oil on it.

Great small shop serving coffee and food. I haven't ordered any food and cannot comment on its quality, but what I saw being prepared looked pretty good. The inside of the store is open, airy and light, clean, and welcoming. I spent a couple of hours here working and having an Americano, and enjoyed the experience and a chat with the owner. I truly hope they do well and only become better with time.

The masala chai was spot on, authentic, as though my grandma had just made it from scratch on the stove. Truly is a cozy spot to meet up with friends or colleagues to chat over some delicious drinks.

Cute little cafe. Some seats and a couch area in the back. I got the mango strawberry lemonade and my friend got a breakfast platter. The lemonade was very refreshing and made with real strawberries. Service was quick and the staff was friendly.

Genuinely love this place, I’ve brought friends (and a date or two) here to try them and they all loved it too. I’ve been looking for a good cafe that wasn’t Starbucks so I’m very happy I found this spot. The food is always made well, I would eat here every meal if I could and that’s not an exaggeration.

My one and only critique is sometimes my orders take way too long, so it’s hard for me to come here for a quick bite/cup before work or any plans. As much as I want to drill people around here for being spoiled with instant service, or rude and inconsiderate towards the human beings behind the counter, 30 minutes for a drink and a sandwich is a bit much. I can’t in good conscience not mention that. I have never had a bad order though, so as long as I have the time I don’t mind the wait at all.

Absolutely give this place a try, local businesses like this need love and in my opinion Cozy Cup deserves it. Hopefully feedback is taken

Awful service.
They have all coffee $1 sign on rt.18 of course to lure you in. We come in and order 2 cups of black coffee. My total came out to $5.50 I told the girl the sign said $1 she had no idea and said the owner isn’t around to confirm. So right off the staff (2 young girls) know nothing.
2. We waited over 20 minutes for two cups of coffee and still didn’t get it. They claimed they were backed up with only 4 people in there plus us. It takes 2 seconds to pour two cups of coffee.

We left without coffee and losing out in $6

For an up and coming breakfast spot they’re no where near ready to handle the mornings

Cozy Cup was a great experience for my wife and I! The atmosphere is great, positive vibes are prevalent in this establishment. The breakfast sandwiches were delicious and the iced drinks were very good too! The employees are very kind, respectful, and knowledgeable about the menu, deals, and everything going on with their place of employment. This goes to show the amount of pride they take in their work. 10/10 would recommend and definitely return.
