The East Brunswick location participates in Too Good to Go — I ordered a surprise bag and showed up at the beginning of the 8:00-8:30 pm pick up window only to be told that my order had been canceled and when I showed displeasure at having gone out of my way to pick up the order was told that they had cancelled “way before the pick up time” — I checked my email and it had been cancelled at 7:54. Ridiculous. They have lost my business.

My first time coming to a duck donuts. I was on a time crunch to get to work but still came with enough time, or so i thought, to get 2 donuts and 2 drinks. There were 2 people before me and only 2 people working. It took over 30 minutes to get my order. While I know made to order takes time and there were people ahead of me, 30 minutes is a little bit insane of a wait time for a 2 drink, 2 donut order and the people ahead of me only got 5 donuts max. I don’t know how much the machine holds but next time i know to come with an hour of time if i decide to come again

My experience is always really good.They always give me amazing service when I go in to get donuts always very hospitable to me and the other costumers in there. Always willing to help with questions about any donuts on the menu and their drinks. I highly encourage people to try this donut shop out you will fall in love with the donuts and milkshakes and definitely want to come back.

Avoid at all costs. They will cancel orders without an apology l. Decided to try with a Toogood2go order with a pickup time of 8PM at closing. At 7:57 as we were walking to to store received a message that they cancelled the order. Went to talk to the employees, they locked the store and refused to come out only making a slashing motion at their neck that it was cancelled. Terrible way to run a business.

NOT OPEN AT 7AM We placed an order at 7am, arrived at 7:30 to see the store was closed, waited for 30min and nobody ever showed up. I've called twice to get the order refunded and they still have yet to refund me for their inability to fulfill a basic order, within their own posted business hours.
HIGHLY recommend going to the Route 9 location. There is a different owner, who is customer service focused and honest about their true operating hours. Their cashier was very kind and explained this happens to them often, where people cannot collect their orders from the EB location and end up going to Rt 9 anyway.
Being that this is a routine issue that is known and still unresolved by the owner, this location may not last very long. HIRE MORE STAFF 🙏

Donuts are good, but it took 50 minutes to get a dozen donuts. I ordered online and arrived at the designed pickup time and still waited 20 minutes. There was one man working but an additional worker was needed to help speed everything up. If you order, budget extra time beyond whatever the estimate is

The owner and all the employees run hell of a show at Duck Donuts! They thrive and accommodate each and every customer. Their customer service blew me away incredible. The owner and all others there working treat you like a family member once you are inside Duck Donuts. My dictionary is running out of words to describe how immaculate/clean this shop is. Try each and every one of their item and it’s mouth watering delicious. Always keep up the great work and you will see me forever million more times!:)
