The woman at the counter was not giving any customers their orders at this establishment. No recourse to even get a refund because she didn’t speak any English. Don’t waste your money and just grab a drink or snack somewhere else

Ordered a turkey sausage egg and cheese english muffin, got a wrap instead. So disappointed! And not only that, but 4 people behind us got served before us. It was awful as we stood there grabbing bags thinking they were ours only to see the label that they were not. We will never stop here again…not when there are other choices here at the rest stop

This dunkin donut is worst service !!! After a long hrs travel we stop by here to get some food for my kids and coffee. the cashier is rude need to train costumer service and how to pack properly the donuts. My hot coffee taste like terrible they gave me not even hot. Were paying our food not getting for free!!! I hope the management will take this action.

Hot coffee, latte with caramel and vanilla, hash browns, avocado toast, cold brews are some of my favourites at Dunkin. This one is just off NJ turnpike and an ideal pitstop before major exits like Staten Island / Verrazano or Newark airport. The plaza though enforces 2 hours only parking. So plan accordingly.

Today I ordered an English Muffin with egg and cheese from Dunkin’, and honestly, it was very disappointing. They gave me a cold sandwich that didn’t taste fresh at all — it seemed like it was from the day before. Unfortunately, I only opened it while on the road, so I didn’t have time to go back and exchange it. This has never happened to me before. I hope you pay more attention to the quality and freshness of your food, because experiences like this really ruin the impression.

I’m a driver and travel every single day to everywhere. No one wants to charge me for only HOT WATER. I totally understand they are free about their business but just I did not like that service. Only one small cup of hot water…

The attitude was very bad as I asked for an empty cup and hot water, they wanted to charged me $2 for that.
