Update: 11/30/26. They've let the quality of their only restroom tank to the point of not having toilet paper in either of the 2 holders in the restroom. Completely avoidable if they were following the proper cleaning standards but they're not.

The fact that there's technically two businesses in this building the dunkin and baskin robbins but they force the customers and entire staff to share just 1 single person bathroom is absolutely insane! Dehumanizing even! Absolutely unfair to everyone involved!

Some of the laziest people work here. The younger woman who work here couldn’t care less about your order. They just want you out of their drive thru. Any instructions you give them for your drinks they will gladly ignore. I would avoid this location.

Extremely rude girl employee and made us the wrong order, she had an attitude before even pulling up to the drive thru window and was talking to her employee loudly complaining about us giving the order on the speaker, and continued to not even speak after I thanked her, super embarrassing someone like that should just work somewhere else if you got an attitude like that.

I go to this dunkin all the time and this time the bacon that I received was cold. I politely went inside and asked them to warm it up and the manager told me they serve it cold here. I then told him that I am a regular customer of this specific dunkin and he said “Well if you don’t like it how I serve it, don’t come here”. For this to come out of a managers mouth is absolutely disgusting. I then searched it up, and it is not meant to be cold. Come on, who wants cold bacon.

I love the coffee at this location, But unfortunately I couldn’t even get in the drive through the line was out to the street. I tried waiting but each car waited 4to6 min maybe it was understaffed, so I had to leave without my favorite coffee . Please fix the issue.

The oat milk in both my drinks was spoiled. It can’t be “a careless mistake” because when I received my drinks the smell of the spoiled milk filled the whole bag. My sister tried a sip to test the drink and the sour taste was absolutely disgusting. Do not order from here if you don’t want to end up in the hospital from food poisoning.
