If I could give a zero, I would. I stopped here with my daughter one Thursday evening. The place was completely empty. My teenage daughter went in to get donuts for her team. I watched the woman at the counter look at her then turn her back and ignore her while she fixed a beverage. I watched for 5 minutes while neither she nor her coworker who was doing nothing, acknowledged her. I finally got out of my car and came in. They both acted like we weren't there. I told her let's go somewhere where people are kind and respectful of others. I was so angry. This child did nothing to deserve their treatment. They just didn't want to serve her. I will never go back there. We went down the block to Duck donuts where they greeted us with a warm hello and a big smile. I only spend money where I am treated with courtesy and respect.

They have some very good ice creams, there is a vanilla one, with cajeta and dulce de leche, not cloying, very delicious.

We reached there at around 7 pm, the munchkins were finished by that time and my kid wanted to eat that only, otherwise the store was big and neat. They also have Baskin Robins in the same store.

The food at this location is always great to me, I’ve rarely had any problems when it came to my order. I’ve noticed recently that there have been many new employees. I usually go through the drive thru and every time I get to the window I’ve noticed the same employee displaying an attitude. The last time I went I had asked politely for straw since there wasn’t one in my bag and she proceeded to stare at me for a couple seconds and without saying anything turned around with this annoyed face, grabbed a straw and handed it to me without another word with nothing but attitude. Of course I politely said thank you and left. I can definitely empathize if they are tired or stressed, but being rude and giving attitude to customers isn’t good. I was polite because I can empathize with them but some other customers won’t be so polite when they are given attitude, and I don’t say that to be mean.

The waiters and waitresses have always been welcoming, courteous and respectful. I continue to go there because of good service although it is out of my way. Keep up the good work!

Sad to see how this place turns into a Chuck E Cheese evenings and weekends and service goes completely down the drain. Waited almost 5 minutes to order with while there were no cars in front of me. When approaching the window, the african american kid is on the cell phone which explains why the lack of urgency and miserable faces. Not sure who you have as a supervisor/manager nights and weekends but they need to be held accountable or have them retrained by your weekly day supervisor/manager.

This used to be my favorite location in the area but lately is has been awful. I’m not sure if management changed or it’s just different staff but lately (last 2-3 weeks) the coffee has been repulsive, and I’m an every day coffee buyer from dunkin this one in particular. Step it up

I loved coming here as a teen but the morning crew is half asleep in the morning & I don’t dare to get coffee in the morning . When I used to come here it was fun. The Lunch crew seems to be more nice . Went today at 3:00pm and the girl at the drive thru got my order right & was super nice with a big smile . Usually i get something I didn’t order but this time . They got it right . With a good attitude too . ?? keep her at the drive thru please.

I decided to try dunkin for the first time in months yesterday. The drink was basic but the service was horrible. The lady on the mic sounded like she was so high she asked me 5 times what i was trying to order.. it was an iced macha . The lady who took my money didn’t even smile .to the point she actually gave me a dirty look . I definitely did not feel welcomed . Thankfully all I ordered was one thing. I cannot imagine how that would of turned out. Starbucks is more expensive but the staff is actually friendly . One bad staff member can ruin a business .
