Terrible service.Asked for a coolata and specifically asked the server to not use any dairy products.He made the drink with milk and cream and them said that's how the drink is.I said. I asked you can you make other without dairy and you said yes.I have a milk allergy hence why I asked.Server did not want to make drink again. I asked for a refund, he said he couldn't refund to come back in the morning.I said just take it back.He gave me a black coffee.Terrible service

Made a pit stop and the ordering process was more complicated than it should have been creating a longer line. We were told by Manual that they don’t make lattes when they are clearly on the board. I asked if they had plain watermelon refreshers and she also said yes. I received a raspberry watermelon and I said this was not what I ordered. They wanted to replace with another drink and would not give me a refund because the manager left. Not worth money for the frustration. A trip that should have been less than 10 minutes turned into a 20+ min stop. Avoid this location if possible.

My favorite Dunkin for miles. They still carry the Chocolate Creme and French Cruller donuts. Shame on all the other Dunkin’s that stopped making them. What is there to life if not a donut to make your day?

I tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt. I made a second attempt today and will NOT be going back. The Indian people (and no I'm not prejudice, been to India & love the ppl and food, etc.) are totally rude and unprofessional. The talk to people in a condescending manner. I'll go elsewhere from now on!

I love their new CARAMEL CHOCOLATE COLD BREW coffee. If you like coffee and chocolate you will not be disappointed.. except maybe when it's empty. The workers could be a little friendlier but hey, they made my coffee so it's all good!

It was good experience being at the store. I got some ? gift cards for giving to friends for holidays and Christmas ?I also got half a dozen donuts ? some chocolate, some double chocolate, a strawberry ? a vanilla and creamy donut. It came in a nice gifting box ? and kids love such things it came around $9. Staff was nice ? to meStore is a cozy one switched at the side of NJ route 18 has good spaces for sitting as well some parking spaces are available. Next to this store UPS, a spa barber ? store ? is present. PNC bank is also present next to it. Have a try . Thanks

The service at this place since it changed management has been awful. I went in for hot coffee and was served lukewarm, on a cold day with little to no milk, and no sugar. He had to go to the back to get milk...why??? That was never the case at this location. God knows what he did to the coffee! I had to ask him to heat it up and he microwaved it for me. How awful is that!!!!I would not step here ever again. Change the employee and have someone who knows what they are doing behind the counter. You are running a business, not your own local business. DnD, unload this franchise if they don't have their act together. Terrible experience! I'll take my business to a Starbucks instead.

The older lady taking my order saw me at the cash register waiting to order then proceeded to ignore me and go wipe down a counter for a few seconds. After finally taking my order she talked really fast with a heavy accent on purpose instead of taking her time and being cordial. Rude and I'd say go down the block to the next one unless she's removed from counter service

If you're looking for the worst Dunkin in New Jersey look no further. They got my order wrong twice and the person behind me order wrong. I ended up throwing my coffee out before even walking out because it was pure sugar and after asking for a latte, I watched the employee put coffee rather than espresso and 8 pumps of syrup for a medium. Never again
