Employees should pay more attention to their customers. Some of them just talking with each other’s. Issue is small but Dunkin Donuts are my favorite places.

Use to come here often with my dogs & autistic son. He loved the 6 dollar meal but couldn’t have the bacon so he needed to get sausage instead. Now all of a sudden they can’t do that??? Seems like a small ask on our part but this is why customers are ditching places. We will just find another place to order our breakfasts & lunches from since customer satisfaction is not a high priority of dunkin’s 🙄

It has improved significantly over the past 3 to 5 months
They always cook my wake up, wraps to perfection. They’re crispy. They’re hot and very delicious every time.
And the people that work here are always nice to me
This is one place. I hope the robots don’t take the jobs…

They do not listen to your orders at the drive through. They just give you whatever the heck they hear. They have broken cup holders that spill your coffee. Do not shop here.
They regularly forget your bread choice, or forget to put an egg. Seriously, this dunkin donuts is exemplary of everything wrong in this country.
