They do not listen to your orders at the drive through. They just give you whatever the heck they hear. They have broken cup holders that spill your coffee. Do not shop here.

They regularly forget your bread choice, or forget to put an egg. Seriously, this dunkin donuts is exemplary of everything wrong in this country.

This place has gone downhill. After 3pm I noticed the staff has no manners. Doesn't clean up. The older gentleman at the counter talks over you. I've worked in customer service for years. Take pride where you work. It's sad because this is a good location.

Dunkin’ Donuts at Route 18 should look into their food more before serving to customers, I usually order at around pm don’t know if it’s only night shift that does this but like they need to actually care how it’s prepped, I’m pretty sure they wouldn’t like to eat a burnt looking cold bagel, I’m not sure if they’re baked locally or done at a location but they shouldn’t let the bagels get burnt to a dark brown , when I ask for bagels sometimes it doesn’t get cut and is served cold when I request on the app for lightly toasted it’s done really toasted, and the hot chocolate I purchase a large and it looks like I got served a medium in a large cup, can the food be cooked and served properly, Dunkin is a large corporation who should aim to please their customers.

Staff in the afternoon evening seem like they can’t be bothered. There busy talking to each other rather then helping customers. No smiles or expressions on drive thru just here u go now leave. Oh well it is what it is. Still need Dunkin’

They always get the coffee wrong! The lady at the front is miserable, worried about making halloween buckets then taking my order, now my coffee sucks. They have a nice cold brew "bar" that doesn't work I guess, just disappointing

Rude behaviour by the old Lady. Was with 4 of my frnds yesterday to take the mobile walk-in. She was shouting at her colleague very loud and rude.

The prices displayed on the screen in the drive thru don’t match what they actually charge you! I ordered the bacon since it was displayed as 2.99 on the afternoon eats section but it rang up as 4.49. When I asked the guy at the window (not sure if he was the owner) how much it was he told be it ended up being about 5 something. I informed him that it said 2.99 on the screen and he immediately was dismissive and yelling ‘no,no,no’ at me. He was extremely rude to me and I couldn’t believe he was treating a customer that way. Not only was he nasty but he didn’t honor the price even though it was their mistake. I told him I would take a picture of it and post it which he then seemed concerned about. I didn’t care about the price difference even though it should have been corrected. I was bothered by the way he spoke to me. Yelling at customers is horrible customer service and I will not be returning!Double check your receipt because you may be paying more than you should.
