This is our 5th time ordering-out from this establishment. I like to give a restaurant a few tries before I start glazing them on a review, just checking for consistency.
I meant to write my review almost immediately after we ate today.
Unfortunately, I slipped into a 2-hour food coma.
Now the only other cooking that could put me down like Tyson in the first round, is my mama!
The staff here are always welcoming and generous. The atmosphere is a vibe! You can order just about anything from their menu, and you can't go wrong. This is now one of my favorite places to eat at in East Brunswick.
I do hope to see a banana pudding dessert in the future.

Not only is the food here excellent, but so is the service! Came here for the first time today to pick up a take-out order and the gentleman behind the counter was so helpful and courteous, I guess I was surprised because you seldom encounter polite and helpful people anymore LOL. It was an unexpected and pleasant surprise to receive such excellent service. We will most certainly be back, and often!

From the time me and my family walked in we were greeted with hospitality! We got the Buffalo wings and shrimp that was cooked to perfection! The brisket was equally as good and we co.ing back. I spent a nice piece of money and the owner threw in some loaded nachos!!! I just found my new spot. My wife and kids excited to go back. Major shout out owner for giving us free food!! Not too many places like this!!!!

We’ve ordered from here a few times and the food was good. This last time it was horrible and I don’t think we will be returning. My husband and I both made it a point to agree on the fact that the bbq was horrible and we should go to shore pint bbq down the road after our recent order. We asked for the bbq sauce on the food, which they did not do and put it on side. I ordered grilled shrimp on the side and it was hardly grilled. We spent 80 bucks on three meals. I don’t think we will ever come back after this last to go order.

Been coming here a few years now and the place never disappoints! Portion sizes are great, normally have enough for leftovers the next day. The store is always clean and the employees are always polite. My pictures are after I ate hence the weird angles 😅

Literally was having the worst holiday ever due to personal stuff and losing power right before the 4th..... Called in to verify the time of closing and decided to go in person to place an order..... We were welcomed by friendly staff who were very eager to help and serve us..... Chris was amazing❗️ and went over and beyond to provide exceptional customer service and recommendations..... I highly recommend the tacos get them fully loaded with extra pickled onions.... The fried shrimp and cornbread are amazing! The Mac and cheese is a bit different for me but still great if you don't like them overly cheesy.... Overall 10/10 for exceptional customer services and food to match!

I rarely ever give a place 5 stars but this was some of the best store bought BBQ that I've ever had. We stopped in while staying up in East Brunswick for a hockey tournament and we were not disappointed. We tried a little of everything on the menu and I would recommend all of it. As soon as you walk in you smell that good smoke aroma and you're greeted by the super friendly staff. If you're in the area and craving BBQ this is a must try!
