Went to the drive through. I used a coupon and placed my ordered. 8 PC chicken, 2 lg sides (mashed potatos and Cole slaw) and 4 biscuits. Food came quickly. When we got home we realized they forgot something. Try too guess. What goes great with biscuits and mashed potatos? GRAVY! They forgot the gravy!! I was almost tempted to go back. I didn't. I WILL mention it if I go there again. And I WILL send a review to KFC's home office. KFC is famous for chicken, mashed potatoes, biscuits and GRAVY! I needed gravy!!! IThey forgot it.....🤬

Made me wait outside because they said they are making more chicken. I was told 5 minutes. Okay no problem. 20 minutes later. Everyone that I was waiting with left. I didn't think much because they were busy. The another car comes in. I wait with then. A lady brings out here food. I ask about mine. She told me they are working on it. The other car order a 12 piece. I ordered a 8 pieces. Something ain't right. I what another 5 minutes. Nothing come out. I go inside ask about my food. They all look at each other and just start bagging my food. I hear them whisper that they gave my order to the wrong ppl but they cane back and gave them the right one. Nothing was said to me. They handed me the food. All of this took 40 mins to 1 hour. What a waste of time. No compensation was mentioned when they handed my food. What a terrible manager and employee. At least own up to your mistakes. Couldn't even tell me what was wrong I just happened to hear u guys whispering.

Too expensive lately! Paid almost $35-40 for a bucket of chicken and mashed potatoes and fries; I used to only pay $20 for all that, and I also had to pay .25 cents for each sauce which should be given for free with a whole bucket of chicken. Will not be eating at any kfc from now on. Even popeyes has better deals than this!

It's KFC. No longer as good as it had been but not terrible. The tender cino is decent. The fries are slightly below average. The battery on the chicken is ok The bowl cines with corn, mashed potatoes and gravy. Actually prefer good. The chicken bigger pieces are okay. The pot pie was not as good as it was before the pandemic. It's just average now.

The management of this KFC store need to do a better job in supporting their staff and help them to be successful. The service was absolutely unacceptable, but it was not the fault of the staff. The order process, the prep and fulfilment may have worked in 1950 but not today.

I went in for the $10 Tuesday deal. They told me they were out of chicken and that there'd be a 25-30 minute wait. I waited. When I got the food home, I saw that the chicken was an unappetizing, greasy mess. I've never had issues at this KFC. But this was pretty bad. Ignorant to give food like this to a customer. I tried a drumstick, and it tasted salty and horrible. So, I'm escalating this situation. No sense going back to this crew at this store. Note: These are pics of the uneaten chicken.

Staff is always nice, chicken would taste better if they changed that oil for god sakes. I've worked in restaurants before and its not really that big of a deal to change the oil. Its gross how much they put off changing the oil
