The staff's indifference and lack of courtesy were immediately apparent, as if customer service was an alien concept to them. Instead of a welcoming smile, I was greeted with disdainful glares and impatient sighs, as if my mere presence was an inconvenience to their day.As I placed my order, I couldn't help but notice the chaotic disarray behind the counter. Staff members seemed more preoccupied with chatting amongst themselves than attending to the orders piling up in front of them. This KFC really needs a shakeup. You can't advertise closed at 10 pm then stop making chicken at 8:30,.very bad experience at this location. This store was dirty,nasty kitchen area and the staff was rude . Will not being back to this store ever again.

I purchased 8 pc meal from store No. K295001 located in East Brunswick, NJ. After I opened a bucket with chicken, I realized that chicken was overtired and extremely salty. I deposited the whole bucket in garbage.Next day I called the store and spoke with Tony, who stated that he is a store manager. I explained to him what happened and he told me that I will not be refunded unless I bring the order back.I called the corporate office and explained to customer service representative what happened.After a few minutes he offered me $20 for my trouble, even thou I spend almost $30.I will never buy from KFC again. This restaurant went down the tubes. I do not recommend to use these restaurants anymore.Stay away from this restaurant.

I am an UberEats driver and when I went to pick up a customers food, the manager told me that he gave the food away already to another driver. He then waved his hand infront of my face telling me there’s nothing he can do and to go. A customer lost out on food and I lost out on money and my time was wasted. They clearly do not check people’s phones to make sure the food they are giving to delivery drivers is correct. He refused to help in anyway and was extremely rude. The attitude of this man is why I would personally never give my money to this place. Extremely disappointing. He couldn’t care less.

KFC is KFC. The chicken is always good, sides are fantastic. Prices are high like everywhere else, and I miss the potato wedges still, but this is a good place to feed a family.

Today is Friday it’s 6:10., I went thru drive thru ordered a crispy sandwich and small fries for my son. When I get to the window I ask the worker which I believe he was the manager for a ranch sauce. He said that will be 25 cents. I ordered food why can’t I get sauce with my fries ??? In addition he did have attitude so maybe he wanted to take his anger out on me and not give me a ranch Sauce. Unless I payed for it. Never in my 20 years when I ordered food I get a hard time for a packet of sauce

I never thought I’d write a review on a KFC, but the updated interior and fresh food during my recent trip has inspired me.Today we ordered a bunch of nuggets and fries for the kids. Everything was so fresh. Did KFC change their recipes? Their food tastes more homemade.The updated inside is really cute. Eat at the round table with the giant Kfc bucket, for a fun kitschy vibe.I haven’t eaten inside a KFC since I was a kid, but I’ll definitely be back. Also the staff was very nice and quick with service!
