I don’t get what all the hype is all about. It’s definitely good pizza, the best in this area but they’re the priciest. The location absolutely sucks. Parking is even worse. With all the money that place makes ud think they’d get a better location. I came to eat w my 5 year old during dinner time and we ended up going somewhere else cause there wasn’t any tables. The guys working are kinda hot tho :)

Stay away because of the costly pizza. Go across Route 18 to Frank's Pizza and Italian Restaurant for the best and reasonable price pizza.

About once a year I see a great review of Mancini and get sucked into driving there again. And every time it's terrible. We ordered a large pepperoni which arrived underbaked and barely warm. Had huge blotches of cheese that hadn't even melted yet. One slice had a lot of sauce, the slice next to it almost none.
I really think they took a whole pre-baked pie from under the counter that was destined for slices, just threw it in the oven to reheat it, and dumped it on us.
Will never go back here.

My department ordered from here and this has to be the worst sandwich EVER 😞 I don't know why you would even make this and send it out. The bread is HARD.... Not toasted .. Hard!!! There is no meat or anything else on the sandwich. The little meat that's on here is dried up and hard.

I haven't been here in years and I wasn't thrilled with it then. I was in the area figured I'd give it another try. I ordered a slice of Sicilian I was told it would be a few minutes because they had a fresh pie coming out the oven. I also ordered the chicken parm with vodka sauce on a roll and the pistachio tartufo. While I was waiting the guy who was touching the food and preparing the food spent quite a few seconds trying to pick something off of his lip with his bare hands never used hand sanitizer after and went back to touching the food. Once I got the Sicilian slice was completely black on the bottom. The tortuffo which always has a cherry in the middle had some sweet Jam that I've never seen before which ruined it I added with cream and some sprinkles when I got home. The chicken sandwich the roll was disgusting hard as a rock the chicken was very very greasy with the sauce and the chicken cutlet was as thin as a piece of paper. $30 for that is ridiculous. I wouldn't mind paying if the food was good. I see there's tons of reviews complaining about the black burnt pizza but they don't seem to care or respond. Spend the extra 5 minutes to go down Route 18 to Brothers Pizza you won't be disappointed.
Burnt pizza..but apparently it's how N Y makes their pizza..umm I'm from NY and I've ordered from here before where the pizza was not burnt. Such a shame but there's plenty of great pizza joints nearby

This place is overrated and extremely dirty, I was there with a group not long ago and it was wreaking. They were using the same dirty rag to clean ALLthe tables, they wiped our table after Iwe requested and it smelled. The floors were dirty and sticky. I do have to say customer service was great, but about the food I couldn't say because the smell of place/ table took over my taste buds.
