Hi, I'm a DoorDash driver. I don't like doing this, but this is the third time I'm going to pick up #1. The customers arrive and the customer service guys are talking there in the kitchen and they play their music very loud no matter what. There are clients waiting for me. I have had to wait up to 15 minutes after the DoorDash app says that my order is ready and it arrives and no one comes to serve me honestly. The service is very bad, I think they do everything in a bad way because even the way they serve is arrogant.

We were completely ignored for almost 15 minutes while all the cashiers talked in Spanish to a customer that was finished when we walked in will never go here again.... And by the way every time we go to this location there is a problem a mistake and horrible horrible

Just had tonight and the food was DISGUSTING!! Fries were shriveled and cold, quarter pounder with cheese must have been sitting there for over an hour. It was dry and all the buns were stale!! It amazes me how you can sell this garbage and how over priced it is!!McDonald's you should be ashamed!!The quality of your food is HORRIFIC!!

Used to like this spot but recently, their service has been horrendous. I’ve placed multiple curbside pick up orders, and I end up sitting here for a long time and have to either go inside or call them while my order is already ready. None of them just come out or want to do their job. I’m no longer come to this location due to their service, which is really sad because it is the closest location to my home. I would rather drive farther to get quicker and better service.

When I went in person at the counter for years, I rarely had issues.This week, Dec 2023, I ordered from Doordash three times. Two days, they left items out of my small order. The 3rd day I called and this Spanish lady didnt understand my English. Then the spanish lady didnt understand my very good spanish, so i. spoke to a man that assured me my $54.00 order would be correct. Well, 2 sausage and egg biscuits were left out. When I called again, the man left and the lady didnt want to hear my issue, told me they have 2 locations, and hung up. I called back and they didn't answer. Later I called and left a message. They never called me back.The receipt the employees see is bold print. How are they messing these orders. It's insane that doordash is paying money back for missing items, and not correcting this Mcdonalds. .Doordash site has so many missing item reviews for this mcdonalds. It's no wonder these app sites are not always making a profit because they're paying out instead of correcting bad businesses.By sending a hand written certified usps letter to the Mcdonalds CEO, the headquarters will respond to you.Blessings to all.Parking: The times I went, I had no parking issues.

Place was dirty, 8 people working the drive through and ignoring standing customers employees were very rude..finally as I was allowed to order the young man seemed annoyed that i asked a question and it took alittle longer to get my order because he was being nasty and I was holding a toddler and asked a young lady for help to a table and she looked at me like I had 2 heads.
