Takes too long. Waited more than 1 hr for our food.
I ordered Chicken Basil Fried Rice. It tasted typical Indian style Fried Rice with lots of dried herbs. I found out 1 or 2 basil leaves in the whole portion. The price is towards higher compared to the portion size. It didn’t taste thai style food at all.

Really disappointing. We walked in and it was crowded which was fine. They said about an hour away, but they wouldn’t write anybody’s names down. They were just swinging in it.
Ordered home delivery yesterday and food is ordinary. Won’t order again.

The food was horrible . I ordered black pepper beef , It was really hard like a rock . It was very salty . The hakka noodles was very dry and tasteless, it also had a fishy smell to the noodles. The food was also cold . I also ordered wings . I never been to a place that gives you two piece of wings . My wings also had a fishy smell too . It was over price . The tip was included in the bill and for 6 people they charged me 40 dollars for a tip when the waitress barley did anything but take my order . I charged my credit card and it was another fee of 8 dollars just to use my credit card . 50 bucks just for a tip and using a credit card . I usually never write reviews for any restaurants , but this was by far the worst experience i’ve ever had. This place does not even deserve one star. I rather have ate mc donald.

AWEFUL EXPERIENCE !
The lady( wearing hijab) at the front desk, not making a note of people waiting to be seated and ending up placing people jumping the queue. When questioned she started defending with a higher pitch of tone . Spoiling the mood instantly
Ordered pineapple fried rice and Hakka noodles. Rice is nothing different than a fried rice you get in any indian restaurant except some pineapple pieces in it and noddles had hardly any vegetables in it. And still the made us wait good 40 minutes for this . Top of it its not a thai restaurant. None of their dishes which we tried has a THAI flavor. Overall you successfully spoiled my V’day dinner .
NEVER COMING BACK.

The food is good but reduced the portions to half .portions are small .expensive
Service was good but the food is no longer what it used to be when they first opened up.
Wings were cooked fresh from the freezer and the sauce was out of a bottle and not tossed in with the wings
The skewers of meat were not Thai flavored it was a Pakistani blend and at $27 for one skewer was very underwhelming.
The Pineapple fried rice was excellent as was the drunken noodle so stick to those dishes

Food service is very poor. Didnot even serve water in first 30 mins of arrival. Added artificial food colors to the food. Taste not great compared to typical Thai restaurant.

Restaurantji Recommends
Had an amazing dining experience at N Thai Palace, a family-owned restaurant serving authentic Thai cuisine since 2012! From the comforting Tom Yum Soup and crispy vegetable spring rolls to the flavorful basil fried rice and shrimp pad Thai, every bite was incredible. The highlight? Their coconut fried ice cream! Trust me, it’s worth a trip just for dessert. It was great meeting Syed, the owner, who shared how they can customize dishes without onions and garlic—a perfect option for those who are Jain or Swaminarayan. The restaurant was buzzing with happy diners, and now I see why. Highly recommend checking them out!
Great halal Thai spot! It's pretty fancy and atmospheric so it would be good for a family dinner or date night. The food was delicious, we got the drunken noodles, soup, pineapple fried rice, and orange chicken. Only complaint I had was with the service as we ordered a soup but didn't receive any bowls until asking, and same with the soup sauces, which all should have came out together with the soup. Would highly recommend a visit either way, and hopefully the service will get better.

Beware Alcohol Allowed,
Not Eat only Halal
But live Halal, too.
I never knew that
I wish I had known before that They allowed people to bring Alcohol beverages. I don't have any problem with anyone who likes to have alcohol or this place allowed alcohol. But I have a problem that I am at "HALAL" restaurant after making sure that it's a halal restaurant, but ending up seeing with your kids people holding and having Alcohol front of us and then kids asking question oh wow Papa are we allowed now at this kind of places with Alcohol as a option. That was really embarrassing.
Advice for N Thai
Please inform your customers that you can have that experience. It's their choice they wana stay there or not. At least be honest, N thai, you guys are already very busy and have very good food and environment.
I can change this review if I get a responsible response from N thai if they care.
I just ordered takeout and I’m quite frankly very disappointed. The noodles felt like they were frozen and the Thai tea was so awful and tasted like there was spoiled milk in it. I usually go here with family and eat here with no problem, but today has changed my opinion about this restaurant.
I visited this restaurant on Friday evening and it seemed very busy, I think the busyness might’ve impacted the quality of food and service. We waited around 30 minutes for our takeout order and the food was subpar at best. Very sad.

They did not have any of the wide noodle dishes today which is why we went to nthai in the first place. The soups were very tasty and the spring rolls were crispy. The red Thai curry and pepper fried rice was also tasty.
