We celebrated out daughter's 10th birthday last weekend at Palmeras. What a great experience it was! The place has multiple options for the parties. Manager Estefania was explained everything clearly and was readily available throughout the whole process to make sure the party runs smoothly. She is a true professional and a pleasure to work with! The staff is well trained, attentive and hard working. The food is yummy and plentiful. All the guests, kids and adults, had a great time at Palmeras. The party was a blast and total success! You will not regret if you choose Palmeras as your next party venue.

Underrated place, really fun overall, and would go again. It offers cool activities like an arcade, a 7D theater, a hologate vr experience and of course, bowling. We went here for my friends birthday and had a really good time. They also have different food selections for you to pick from like chicken, fries, pizza, and more. The place was also really clean and tidy, the workers there were also really nice. This place deserves to have more people going to it.

I booked a party for the VIP bowling party package through the event planner for my son’s 11th birthday party. I paid for 20 people, as the package states, even though I knew I had less. I ended up with 14 kids that bowled. Their parents had come down to the party room, obviously to watch their kids. About halfway through the party two of the lanes broke and we only had use of the other two. They never got the lanes working. Then the staff mentioned to me that I paid for 20 but the front desk counted 36 people going downstairs to the room. Of course the 10 year olds parent brought them downstairs to the party room. Not one of them were bowling. They were sitting on the couch watching. I was told I had to pay $55 each for the additional 16 parents. Which there was only 31 in the room to begin with so our number didn’t even match theirs. I asked the manager what the parents of the kids were supposed to do and the response was only the child should have come downstairs to the party. What?!? Who is just going to tell their 10 year old, hey get in that elevator and push down. The party is in the basement go find your friend and their parent who I don’t know. I was told too bad and to read my contract. Which does say 55 for additional people but none of them bowled. They were watching their kids. Truly a terrible terrible experience. I was also told the kids would get $10 dollar cards for the arcade as part of the package and they told me that’s not true. You don’t get anything. They did end up giving me the card but only because the lanes were broke. So for $2000 dollars, 14 kids bowled for only an hour of the two and 14 kids got 10 dollars on an arcade card. And about halfway through the people ate. Never again

This is the second year that our company hosted a party at Palmeras. Both times the experience has been wonderful. I worked with Ana De Leon, the event planner, in booking the parties. She is fantastic~ extremely thorough, patient, friendly, gave us EXCELLENT customer service, responded to our emails immediately and made the booking seamless. She is surely an asset to Palmeras. Our guests had such a fun time and enjoyed themselves immensely. We ordered trays of food from there too, and everyone was raving how delicious everything was. The night of the party, Stephanie who was working at the front desk was very sweet. Thank you Palmeras for such a great experience, and having such a wonderful staff. Norma

Came here for a night out with the family and had such a great time! The staff is super friendly and so accommodating. We got our shoes and lane with hardly any wait, which was awesome. The place is really clean, has a great vibe and the food was delicious the pizza OMG! so good! Definitely a perfect spot to bring the family for a fun night out. A must-go if you’re looking for good food and a great atmosphere!

I'm appalled the way my family and I were treated here. Theres obviously a reason that place is always empty. The manager is terrible and the front desk girl is rude. Very unprofessional staff! Came in as a guest of current member. We were 5 adults and 3 children with two of the kids were one year and under. However, we were told by the assistant manager that the children can't stay in the booth because they exceeded the 5 person rule. Not to mention that we explained many times that the children will not be playing and my mom which was one of the 5 adults will be watching them. The assistant manager told us to cancel the reservation and leave. Very disappointed at this place and never will be back again!! Don't recommend for anyone
