Oh how the mighty have fallen. Very disappointed with the quality food at this Panera. For quite some time the level of food has been going downhill. But today was the last straw. Broccoli cheddar soup is just watery and nothing in it. Not even BROCCOLI LOL. I ordered a chicken bacon rancher and got a giant piece of bread with two thin slices of chicken. My partners food haD stale hard cheese. The staff looked like they couldn't be bother to correct the issue. They took their time making a new one which made my food get cold as I waited. Overall very poor experience.

I use to love love love Panera Now, I am at the point where I do not want to spend my money there. It does not make any sense that I am spending $10 on a sandwich that looks like a kid's sandwich. It was supposed to be a half sandwich. Find a great deli to spend your $10 at.

Every single time I visit, the staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely seems to care about your order being perfect. Whether it's the efficient cashier or the team member bringing my food to the table, they are quick, polite, and always smiling. They embody what good customer service should be.
Beyond the stellar team, the freshness of the food here is consistently outstanding. My salads are always crisp, vibrant, and perfectly dressed—the vegetables taste like they were just picked. The baked goods are wonderfully soft and warm, and you can tell the ingredients, even in simple items like their sandwiches, are high-quality. It’s clear that this kitchen prioritizes quality ingredients and careful preparation.

I have come here so many times and ALWAYS receive excellent customer service with great food, and not at an OUTRAGEOUS price with their online offers. I am very impressed with the manager, I didn't get her name but Long, black hair. She handled an awkward situation most professionally. I frequent a lot of Paneras for my Sip Club Membership. This East Brunswick location is top notch!
I haven't been to a Paneras in years and on Monday I was reminded why. Overpriced sandwiches... more bread than meat. The restaurant was literally empty and we waited forever for two sandwiches. Is anything good left at Brunswick Square mall??? Very disappointed.

Trash. Greek salad was trash. The worst I’ve had. Of course the restaurant thinks you eat with your hands with no cutlery or butter to accompany my bread. Panera bread with no butter?? Ha!! What a joke!! Brownie didn’t have frosting on it like I remember and chocolate chip cookies weren’t available!! Shut down already😂😂😂
