Ordered online, pizza was ready for pickup within 10 minutes. I ordered the garlic epic stuffed crust, crust was completely plain, they forgot the garlic on it! Pizza was decent. I also ordered boneless honey chipotle wings and those were a complete waste of money. The chicken is super low quality and the sauce is trash. Location is a bit weird as well. I haven’t had papa John’s in probably 10 years so wanted to try it again. I most likely won’t be ordering from here again. It was better 10 years ago.

I ordered online, picked up my food in about 20 minutes. Everything was ready. The app had the option for cash payment. I did that without a hitch. Customer service was excellent. Nice and clean inside. I received a confirmation call and email when I completed my order.

I love Papa John’s. And the first few times at this restaurant were great. No problems whatsoever. The last two have been HORRIBLE. Probably bad enough to start going further to go to a different one in the future. Last one before tonight was overcooked. Food was edible but just barely. This time (tonight) the food wasn’t bad. Cooked well, but was all jacked up when they cut it. Seriously they like crossed the line in a weird spot so they like left a star in the middle and the wait time was ABSURD. I’m convinced they either messed it up the first time around or gave it to someone else. Because I ordered it on the app about 16 min out. When I got there they said it was almost ready. 19 MIN LATER I WAS STILL IN THE BUILDING WAITING!!! They came up to me after about 10 min and said it would be 6 more min. It took 9 more. I would normally have been more patient, stuff happens, but I had my 2 young kids with me and both were on their last leg so my patience level was a negative. Very disappointed.

My first experience at Papa John's, and honestly nothing went well. I’m not one to leave a review, but I just needed to put this out there. I live 2 minutes away and as soon as I got home this is what my cheesy sticks looks like, cold, hard my wings had sauce drizzled on them they were cold and not actually boneless wings. I called for a refund or a replacement and had a long argument and refused to be refunded. I asked in exchange for a pizza they agreed after arguing. When I got to the store they tried to tell me that the food was cold with in 2 minutes even though “it just came out of the oven”. Very disappointed especially being my first experience. Hope it’s not the same for everyone else.

This was my first Papa Johns experience. The stuffed crust pizza was delicious. My son said the jalapeño poppers were amazing. The staff was very helpful and efficient. I will be ordering again.
Went for an interview and Tyrone, the hiring manager, was horribly unprofessional. Will never eat there again.

Very upset with this store. I admit I entered an incorrect address online (neighbors below) but the driver should have called me when they said they didn't order from them. Instead, they gave my food away and refused to accept ANY responsibility. Not to mention delivering to a minor! They just lost a customer for life!!!
