My spouse and I will went to our local restaurant in East Brunswick and a female employee walked in with her male companion with a dog. They proceeded to kitchen, she stopped to look at the schedule and read while he went in the kitchen with the dog. I walked out. Very unsanitary to have a dog in a restaurant kitchen while the cook is making the food. Unacceptable. Touching the dog, not washing hands and cooking food.
There has been a marked improvement here in quality of food and service. Several times in the past we came here and waited a long time to get served mediocre food, but recently service has been prompt and cheery, and more importantly the food has been piping hot and delicious. Keep it up!

This red robin is pretty nice. Food comes rather quickly and bottomless fries are great, my only complaint would be that those fries come out very oily as if the cook doesn't drain the oil. It could be a way for them to make sure you can't eat too much. Other than that it's pretty good. I also liked there was a mascot around and the manager check in to make sure everything is good.

Terrible!!! Granddaughter has tree nut allergies and we alway trusted red robin to be careful. tonight pretzel bites were dusted with sesame seeds rather than salt! we are hoping she doesn't have an epi pen reaction!! i'm so mad!! don't trust this establishment, they are very careless! so is the help. I'm very disappointed! I give them 0 stars.
Sept 2024- Had another great experience at this location. I had the Wisky Burger and fries. That honey mustard sauce is so good with fries. It was an enjoyable meal with good service.

Love coming here and wish there were more locations. Always accommodating to my 3 year old and the food is yummy. Plus the rewards make it affordable to come back.

Food is always good and I appreciate a friendly and attentive waitress but.....please let Joanne know she needs to tone it down a bit at 12:00PM. Most people are there for a quiet brunch. She was very loud and bossy. Bullying the orders and going way too fast while cutting us off when we were speaking. I get her high energy is her personality but she will eventually run into the wrong customer one day. No need to be singing at the top of her lungs at 12PM on a Sunday.

About a couple years back, I walked into red Robbins trying to get seated and there goes a rat across the hallway by the tables and chairs. What did the staff do? Well nothing I don’t know about you people, but I ain’t eating their food. ever again
This place is awesome. Margaritas is my favorite GM we enjoyed the food and the staff is awesome! I really appreciated Margarita coming to our table and striking up a conversation. We will be back soon.

I came in on Sunday and my server was Hailey and she was amazing handle herself very well had my food and drinks out at an amazing time and very attentive. I really appreciate the service. I will be coming back.
