Smasher Burgers is providing terrible service! Yesterday, September 21st, 2025, I had a very bad experience at the Route 18 location. There were barely any staff, and I witnessed an elderly man with his grandson being treated very poorly by one of the employees.
I was shocked by such disrespect!

I've been to this place a few times prior with bad service, but today's experience was outrageous. The worker tried to kick us out of the restaurant due to a "tray shortage" and forced us to leave a 5 star review by shoving a QR code in our face and saying "Leave the review right now." I have never in my life been treated so poorly at a restaurant; I am very upset and disappointed with such unacceptable service.

Worker forced us to write a review. They said no dine in was available when the whole store was empty. It was clear they didn’t want to work. When I first came in the store they tried to convince us to leave by lying saying that the food will take more than an hour to come out since they had a lot of online orders which they did not. Food came out way faster than an hour which shows they lied and they just did not want to work. After all that they forced us to write a review. Was a very unpleasant experience and I will not be coming to the establishment again.
