SUPER RUDE. Not friendly at all. Short, snippy responses. Waited 15 minutes for them to tell me I ordered from the wrong location in an absolutely rude manner. I apologized and left.

They never give sleeves for the cups. It's so beyond annoying. The cup is slippery and hot and yet we can't get sleeves. Every other Starbucks I go to gives you sleeves. God forbid you ask for one then you get an attitude. We certainly pay enough for our coffee beverage. You'd think a sleeve would just be an automatic.

Hi i just wanted to say today i went to starbucks and this was the best drink i have ever had i get the same drink the strawberry açaí and it was perfect with LIGHT ICE he added perfect amount but sadly i didn’t get it name so thank you

Went there today at 8:20 pm to order and they had the drive through closed so I went inside. I ordered and when it was time for payment I tried to give the barista cash but she refused my payment and demanded I pay with card or apple pay or get no drink. There’s a reason I brought cash and I shouldn’t be forced to pay in a certain method. If they close early they should put that on google. I drove there in the snowy roads while it’s raining only to be given attitude and laughed at and get no drink. It’s bad enough you’re denying me service, youre also going to mock and laugh at the customer for being rightfully upset? Mind you I wasn’t at any point disrespectful to her until she did that on my way out of the store, all I said before that if they close early they should put that on google. What kind of customer service is this? Never coming to this location again

Every single time I’ve gone to this Starbucks in the last few months they are out of every single breakfast sandwich / food item. They also usually close their drive-through and require you to walk in. Lately service has been very slow — it seems there is a general lack of ability to order the correct stock level of food items for the store and proper staffing.

Ordered a salted caramel coldbrew and it was incorrectly prepared. No caramel, not salt, just a plain cold brew with the foam

I waited 30+ minutes in the drive thru for my drinks. Lines were wrapped around the parking lot. Nobody apologized for delays. That isn’t normal.
