I had an amazing experience with this company. The customer service was outstanding, “I was so pleased with the service I received from a young gentleman I believe named Marwan. He went up and beyond to help me pick a drink and even took the time to go into details of what was in the drink even on such a busy day I was truly blessed that he took his time and helped me.

the chai latte is terrible. I've tried it a few times but it's always the same, just a cup of warm milk. Never enough flavor and never hot. Waste of money.

I frequent to this Starbucks and the other day while I was waiting for my drinks to be done, I witnessed a harassment from one of the customers. This man almost chewed out the woman employee behind the counter, making derogatory comments and raising his voice. I never heard the barista raise her voice even once but rather even acknowledged his presence with a polite and calm demeanor. The other employee had to step in because this man was really erratic and becoming a threat to the safety and well-being of the staff. If large establishments like Starbucks prioritize the safety and well-being of their customers, incidents like harassment can be swiftly addressed and prevented.Overall, I love the barista’s that work here cause they are always accommodating and friendly compared to the other ones I've been to.

My friend visited the store with the intention of placing an order, but the service he received was far from acceptable.Upon entering the store, my friend was completely ignored by the staff. It was not only the lack of attention that was concerning but also the behavior of one of your baristas. To his shock, a woman barista raised her voice and yelled at him, creating an extremely uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment.To make matters worse, another staff member threatened to call the police, which is entirely unacceptable given the situation. This incident left my friend feeling humiliated and mistreated, which is not the experience we expect when visiting Starbucks.We believe that Starbucks is known for its commitment to providing exceptional customer service, and this incident was a stark departure from that standard. We hope that you take this matter seriously and take appropriate action to address the behavior of your employees at this location.We urge you to investigate this incident, retrain your staff on proper customer service etiquette, and take the necessary steps to ensure that no other customer has to endure such a negative experience at your store. New Kid

I am a regular here and the staff does well to make sure that customers are taken care of despite the amount of people they handle. The other day some guy went off the on the baristas unprompted.They did their best to handle the situation and deescalate but he did not let up. I guess some people cant be helped. Anyways I wish the best to them and they will keep my service

I came to the shop and called out to the employees 5 times, no one answered, then she spoke scolding me. While taking the order, she continued speaking in a harsh tone without even looking at me. I said, "You can't treat me like this." The man among them said, "We won't take orders, get out of here," and called the police. They wasted my time and the only coffee I wanted to drink. Customer service is truly zero. That kid now thinks he's a hero or something. But at most it could be Thor's hammer or something.
