15 minute wait for my frappe..not that busy for that kind of wait. No apology for the looooong wait.. worse frappe I have ever tasted. Starbucks just sucks anymore.
Not worth what hype it has left.

Mis- managed. Missing napkins, bathroom
Locked (they have to come and open for you - so basically you wait for them),
tables not cleaned. Plus we ordered hot Chai latte - came out warm to cold. I don’t whether understaffed or missing manager. Out barista , Megan was good and working fast but can’t say about others.

I’ve been going to this place since open, we used to love it, service was great, people were great. But for past two years it’s becoming very very bad. The service it's terrible and terrible manners on a complete staff almost, just so shame used to be such a perfect place. One to time I went Drive-through purchased coffee and I asked for milk on the side believe it or not They charge me for milk.

Unfortunately, I have had several bad experiences at this location. The staff was extremely slow and despite there being 5 people working I saw only 1 or 2 team members actually trying to take drive thru orders and make drinks while letting mobile orders fall behind due to the drive thru. Both of my drinks are consistently made incorrectly or just taste awful and inconsistent with other locations. Truly hope this review can draw attention to helping staff training and more hands on help from management because these workers clearly have no idea what they’re doing. After giving this location many opportunities, I will never be returning to this store.

Awful. Ordered 10 minutes ahead, arrived no drinks ready and had to wait 30 more minutes to get the drink served to me. Employees are very "strange"

Super friendly staff. Everyone was so attentive and kind. Cafe was clean and orderly. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience here.

Vegetarian options: Many options are vegetarian friendly but NOT vegan friendly.

Parking: Parking directly in front of the building. Lots of space.

Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking and wheelchair ramp available.

I'm a regular at numerous Starbucks in New York near where I live . I felt welcome in this store as if I were near my house with Baristas I have known for a long time. They made the coffee quickly and accurately and I was very happy with my experience

Went to Starbucks in East Brunswick off of Rt 18. Asked for ice on the side. The barista said she can only give me half the drink because the other half is ice. . That means Starbucks charges their patrons $3 per 1/2 of cup of ice.
Starbucks can neither make revenue nor earnings by short changing their customers.

Rude Employees, stingy with trays and straws, they don’t make your drinks good. If I’m paying almost $7 for a grande I’d expect it to be filled, not 1/4 empty.
