Amazing chicken sandwich🍔! We got the chicken char sandwich and there was so much flavor and was cooked perfectly. With the added customizations it was perfect. Definitely will come and eat here again!

Burger had this plastic like object in it and was literally impossible to chew through it. It felt like plastic because it was hard and sharp enough to cut my mouth. When we brought it up with the employees, they said it was just "onion skin" and was completely dismissive. Not even a single apology, just gave us attitude and was rude throughout the entire interaction. Absolutely terrible service and unsanitary.

Disappointed in my experience here at the habit. First off, I want to say that my burger was soggy, and my burger meat was red, Not pink but red. Woke up the next morning throwing up with a bad extreme runs. I was throwing up to the point that I couldn’t even keep water down so definitely I experienced food poisoning. Definitely will never be back. It’s so sad that this company can’t even keep up with regular protocols and trying to keep customers safe from food poisoning also learning how to cook regular burger meat to the proper temperature. If I may add, my sister also was with me and she also had a burger as well with her be being red, not pink. She also ordered onion rings. That oil was basically Oozing out of the onion ring Which probably indicated that the oil needed to be Changed. She also had the same symptoms. Her stomach was upset and she had runs as well.

terrible service, the bread was soggy, the burger was tasteless. the employee had rude attitude and giving dirty looks with crazy attitude. took forever to finish the food because they was distracted talking instead of working. I don't plan on going back to this place.

Our experience at Habit burger was really disappointing. Although we were very excited to see a veggie burger on the menu, taste wise it was a huge let down. The burger was simultaneously very salty and bitter and had an unpleasant after taste. The chicken burger also had a similar flavor profile. Huge let down.

1 car in front of me at the drive thru at 9pm and waited 10 mins in line so far…..ridiculously slow.
Visited on 10/30 (15:00) and ate and drank Char and Coke. The taste was okay. I am Korean. One thing I would suggest is that the inside cannot be seen from the outside and the lighting is vague, so if no one is there, you may think the door is closed. While I was eating, I looked closely and saw a passing car. I thought it was closed at first too.

I had never heard of this business before and thought I would try something new. I am glad I did. Their food was fresh and pleasantly different from other fast food places. This place feels like it levels up the health factor. Sure, they offer chicken sandwiches and burgers like many others, but this menu offers those and so much more at a higher quality. I had the Santa Barbara Char burger. It's big enough for 2 people to share! I hope one opens near me. I highly recommend you give them a try. A slightly higher price point than other chains, but so worth every penny.

Just tried Habit burger today, got a double char with cheese combo and an Apple pie milkshake, and it was delicious. And my order wasn't expensive like other fastfood burger places. The staff was very friendly and you have multiple choices to place an order. Definitely will be coming back to this location. Thank you to the staff for fast and friendly service!!
