Unprofessional, difficult to communicate with, and you won't get what you pay for. Best to use a different vendor.

Used Twin Oaks to cater a company holiday party. Prior to the event day, I had spoke with Farooq Robinson to confirm what would come with catering. Farooq confirmed that per their menu, beverages and desserts would be included in my package. On the day of delivery, they were not included and neither the delivery contact nor I could get in touch with Farooq. The deliverers ended up hovering at my event for the first 30 minutes of it, my event started late because I was busy trying to figure this out, and I had to ask two of my guests to leave & buy non-alcoholic beverages for the party.

I had to repeatedly follow up with Farooq about some sort of refund for the inconvenience after the event, was told I could be given back 5% off of my payment, but then stopped receiving responses to any correspondence after. I have not been issued the payment I was promised.

Unprofessional and untrustworthy service. Best to use a more reliable vendor for the sake of your event.

We recently hired this TWIN OAKS catering service for our event, and everything was absolutely amazing! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared — our guests are still raving about it.

The servers, Denise and Annette, were top professionals — attentive, friendly, and incredibly organized. They made everything run smoothly and took such great care of everyone.

From start to finish, the entire experience exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for delicious food and outstanding service, this is the catering team to call. We’ll definitely be using them again for future events!

Twin Oaks catered my small wedding last month. Everyone and I mean everyone, even the picky littles, loved the food. We had one slight miscommunication which was immediately rectified. Easy company to work and plan with. Highly recommend!

Twin Oaks Caterers did a PHENOMINAL job with catering my 50th bday party which was held at the New Brunswick Arts Performing Center. (NBPAC). I had over 100 guests and so many people gave compliments on the food. It was very well seasoned, the presentation was excellent, and the team was very kind and courteous!!! Thanks to Mike and his staff for a job well done! I will definitely use your services again!! I will add photos once I get then feon the photographer. ?

Had the wonderful experience of using Twin Oaks for not only my daughter’s bridal shower but, also for her fabulous wedding. Their food out of this world. We chose their “Stations” menu. The variety of food was phenomenal and everything was delicious. The staff was very attentive, friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them in the future should the need arise.

I have used Twin Oaks several times and they are always above and beyond... I recently did a Baby Shower Hot and Cold Buffet. Everything was great. Hats off to Rich, Mike, Ds who works the counter. Even the young man that delivered the food was pleasant and completely set up everything. Also this will be my third year having Rich prepare Thanksgiving. To me its a Bonus.

Had a baby shower yesterday for my daughter . Twin oaks did a fantastic job & the amount of food was awesome ! Lots of left overs were taken home & I even left food at the bar for the night time drinker . Thank you Twin oaks !!!

My husband and I were married on January 15, 2022, at the New Brunswick Performing Arts Center. When we were engaged in March of 2021, it was no question on who we were going to ask to cater our wedding. We had been fortunate to have previously experienced Twin Oaks Catering in action – other weddings, corporate events, picnics, etc. We knew that we would get the best quality in both food and service at a reasonable cost.Even with our expectations high from previous experience with Twin Oaks, we are delighted with how extraordinary our experience was. The cocktail hour was phenomenal. We elected to have the garden bar as well as a few passed hors d’oeuvres – ‘Italian Sushi’, all day every day, for life, would make us both so happy. We had several guests say they would have been content if the menu for the cocktail was the menu for dinner! As exceptional as the cocktail hour was, the food for dinner was unmatched. We opted to have two seated courses, followed by a buffet. Simply put, everything was delicious. Twin Oaks exceeded our expectations in every way. The food was supreme. The service was outstanding. Mike and Rich are the best duo in the area, bar none! We were happy to pass along Twin Oak’s information to a few of our engaged guests!All the work Twin Oaks did to prepare for our wedding and on our special day made our wedding day perfect. In our experience, there are two things that make a wedding an enjoyable for everyone: the food and the music. We are so grateful we did not have to worry, even for a second, about the food on our wedding day. I've used twin oaks in the past for some outdoor party catering events but most recently I used them for a short notice surprise birthday party...and they came through. The amount of food and quality of the food was exceptional. All of the guests really enjoyed the food and surprisingly I had a ton of leftovers due to the quantity they prepare.
