If you're in the area and need sushi, I'm told this is the place to be. Shrimp Teriyaki was very good.

I can confidently say this is the best sushi spot in this area. Incredibly fresh fish, good service, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend

Crispy rice tastes like it is 2 days old. The wasabi isn’t spicy at all. Overall underwhelmed.

This place is so good that I had to leave a review. Food was AMAZING. it was very clean. if you're someone who likes spicy noodles, you can ask for it to be spicy and it will actually be spicy unlike other places. Quick service. Your food stays hot till the time you finish it. Pricing is very reasonable

Never been here before as I go to other sushi spots in EB. Read in reviews that new management and food has been upgraded. They have a budget style omakase similar to what you can find in NYC these days. I got the 8 piece Nigiri Omakase for $42. It was ok - not too much flavor and the flavor combos were not very special. The uni and the o-toro piece was the highlight. However I think uni and beef is a better combo. Still the place is nice, clean and the service is great. My dad got the lunch special which was pretty similar with 6 pieces of nigiri and a california roll and soup for $20. I think thats a better value and will probably be my go to.

If you want a better sushi go to ai sushi in somerset or make a trek to northern NJ / NYC or philly. Otherwise if you want stay local its an upgrade to your typical sushi place in the central NJ area.

Cannot say I have ever had fresher sushi. Originally from this area , have not lived here in decades. Live near Charlotte,NC. No Sushi restaurant has this quality in Charlotte. Owner stated fish comes from Japan and it tastes like it does. Highly recommend.

Amazing sushi!!! I've been living in the area for 2 years now and never tried Wasabi House before today. The spicy tuna roll is absolutely delicious. I found my new favorite sushi spot 😍 also, it's one of the few places in the area that has a lunch special

Good food, okay pricing, portions are on the smaller side. No free hot tea, it is $1.

This sushi is on the same level as some of the Michelin star omakases I’ve been to- the freshest sushi I’ve ever had!! And they were closing soon and didn’t want to waste fish so they gave me two free rolls. I’ll never go anywhere else

I used come here all the time growing up but haven’t been in a few years. Apparently it’s new owners as of 5mo ago and the chef used to work at a sushi restaurant in manhattan. The food is fantastic. They have definitely upped their game with a delicious omakase option, crispy rice & great sashimi selection. The fish was super fresh. Toppings on the nigiri were well paired. Staff was super friendly & its byob which is always a plus. Cant wait to come back next time im in town
