I e been to this location Wendy’s a couple of time either to dine in or drive thru . Dining in takes forever because they all look at you and finish what there doing . There’s no CustomerService at all. They don’t even say “we’ll be right with you”…. They just look at you with a weird face and continue doing what they’re doing. Their faces always look like They’re mad at the world. Not good customer service at all

I've been to this Wendy's drive through twice in a month and both times they screwed up my order. The first time, they didn't give me one of the burgers I ordered. The second time, they didn't give me the frosty I ordered. Very frustrating. Also, the bacon was severely lacking on the baconator sandwiches both times.

I will never come back to this Wendy's ever again. I will not be doing Uber deliveries for them. And I will not be purchasing any food.Some of the employees in the managers Do not care about the customer's food ,quality ,Rude rush you out the drive thru .The last straw was today when I got Two orders of six piece nuggets .And they were cold they only gave me one barbecue Sauce. For my order of 12 piece nuggets. I thought they would At least give me two barbecue Sauces. And then the manager told me to pay for another one she charged me seventy five cent for two. That is crazy In the sad thing is, when you tell them your food is cold. They look at you crazy. I am done done done done they Need new management. You can't take people money and give them anything. Now I see were the employees get it from management ??
