White Castle

So, I was literally dancing when I saw that we would FINALLY have a LOCAL Castle. Fast-forward, and it appears to be PERMANENTLY CLOSED. I have no idea why, but one contributing factor, was the absolutely USELESS "staff." Lets start with RUDENESS. When I picked up order at the window, I asked for extra ketchup. This WAS a great place...for a while.Now it appears to be permanently closed.I think I know why.Originally, the food and service were great.Unfortunately, over time, the staff seemed lazy, and service at the drive-through became painfully slowThen during COVID, things went downhill and staffing likely became an even bigger challenge.Regardless, it sucks that our local White Castle has closed, and I'm hoping someone reopens it up soon.I miss our crave cases. ?

I don't know what's happened to this location in the last two weeks but the service sucks. Waited 5 minutes just to place an order at the drive through. Same thing happened two weeks ago. And I had to listen to the employee arguing with the customer ahead of me with their order being wrong because he left his mic on. Let's get it right people. It's only burgers and fries. Ty.
