Not open even though websites says open.I really wanted some bourbon chicken and fried rice but was forced to divert next door to Red Robin. Wish website was updated as I would have gone elsewhere or used doordash. I haven’t been to Wok express in a while since I’m no longer pass it daily on the way to/from work. Looks like I won’t bother to make the stop in the future. Store is inside of mall with hard to find parking outside closest door.

Everytime I go I spend hours in the bathroom. I always get their lo mein, sesame chicken, and bourbon chicken. It’s good, don’t get me wrong, but it’s not worth it

I came to eat here with friends for a hangout at the mall! I was quite surprised, to find out that the food was quite good! Service was fast, but terribly unfriendly. There's a woman and man, who work at the restaurant, who I assumed were husband and wife! The woman had a very annoyed attitude, when I was asking questions, on what she recommended, or how to order. She angrily points her finger up to the menu I got a sesame chicken and teriyaki chicken combo, with a side of fried rice. The fried rice was perfectly cooked. and so was the two chickens. They were nice and saucy, except they had a little bit too much sauce. and the chicken was nice and tender. The onions in the fried rice felt they could be cooked more, as they still had that strong teary eyed taste. But, I like raw onions so it's fine. As weird as that may sound, yes I do like raw onions. Very good food. I loved it!

Ok so the food is amazing, always too much for me, low prices, but the problem is the service. I can obviously tell they don't want to serve me and if I make a small mistake, I can hear them sighing roughly at me.
